房间比较小，以前都是住帝国酒店，这家设施和服务都明显差了一个档次，而且门口长期有一个看报纸的骗子，我们一出门打车，就会过来各种套路我们。把我们叫的车赶走，一定要我们去一个购物点。如果只是转机还不如直接住机场附近的酒店。

可能是因为酒店太旧了，尽管香格里拉是一个很好的酒店，但是进入大堂一股难闻的味道扑鼻而来，特别是房间是一股发霉的味道和一股难闻的味道在一起。虽然酒店客气的给我搬来了空气清洁机器是毫无用处，原定的旅行?行程因为味道太大，难于续住提早离了酒店。

OMG! This is probably the best hotel I stayed in such a long time. And I stay in a lot of different hotels regularly! The price is unbelievable when compared with the facilities , the service, the fantastic (absolutely fantastic) personnel and the food options. The room was excellent and breakfast was superb (the amount of options and the variety is really crazy. And the quality is hardly seen in a hotel this days).
I recommend this hotel from top to bottom. And I will certainly be looking to stay with them again if I have the chance.

Review:
I stayed at the hotel for one night on 28th June with my partner. Unfortunately, during my stay, I was on my period and ended up staining the bedsheets and pillows. I completely understand that there may be charges for the damage, and I was willing to take responsibility for it.
However, what truly disappointed me was the way the hotel staff at the reception handled the situation. I did not feel treated with respect or empathy. Instead of addressing the matter with understanding or discretion, the interaction left me feeling deeply embarrassed like I had made a huge mistake just for experiencing something natural.
Hospitality is not just about managing rooms; it’s about how you treat your guests in uncomfortable moments too. I genuinely hope the hotel team can be more sensitive and respectful in the future.

湿気がひどくて除湿したかったですがエアコンに除湿机能がなかった。プライベートツアーで専属の运転手とガイドがついてくれ、いい旅をすることが出来た。

セキュリティがしっかりしていて初めてのインド旅行でも安心して宿泊できました。部屋は少し狭めではあるものの、窓も大きく开放感があります。朝食もシャングリラクオリティで、インドではなかなか食べれないポークソーセージもあります。楽しみにしていたプールが改装中で利用できなかったのが少し残念でした。

Wonderful hotel in the middle of the city of New Delhi. Location is great, clean and safe area with lots of trees around. 10-15 minutes walk to local markets. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good, many choices, western and Asian food. Highly recommended. ????
