Definitely over-priced. Facility not up to much for the prices they charge. Only thing good about the hotel is its location.

The Staff is good and professional but the infrastructure of the Hotel is bad , specially the Air conditioner , I could not sleep properly fro 2 nights and then I got cold because the room I was shifted to was tooo cold , overall pretty average experience. Pillows are useless , amenities overprised , Breakfast average / below average . It smells of a bygone era good 4/5 star hotel which seemed to be loosing its place in the new world . BTW internet speed pathetic

フロントやホテルの従业员の対応は质が高く安心して宿泊できました。
また、アメニティもしっかりと揃ってました。
1.5リットルのお水が２本无料でついていたのが助かりました。
ルームサービス后、新しく２本追加されてました。
歯磨きとかコンタクトとか、水道水ではなく、ペットボトルのお水を使ったので、お水があるのは助かりました。

さすが旧ニッコーホテルだけあってスタッフの対応やオペレーションはしっかりしています。ただし、全体的な设备の古さは否めず、滞在中には停电も度々発生。また1阶のレストランで出る日本食は、かなりインド风にアレンジされていました。

It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

とても清洁感があり気持ちよく过ごせました
朝食のブッフェもバリエーション豊富でした
旅の终盘で利用しましたが、スパイス料理以外も朝食にありとても助かりました
スタッフの方々も亲切?フレンドリーで本当に利用して良かったです

出张で利用しました。コンセントがユニバーサルタイプではなく、インド国内の形だったので、パソコンの充电に苦労しました。古いホテルなんだと実感しました。朝食もインド料理中心。日本人の団体観光客と思しき方々がいて、レストランで日本语が结构飞び交ってたのが印象的でした。
