房间宽敞且舒适，厕所马桶很棒！！早餐buffet 很好吃，半小时还更新菜色！还有超爱的优格，顶楼的浴汤很舒服，下次还会再来

这是第二次入住杰仕堡，整体服务、设施、环境都很赞，因为有带小朋友随行，check in 时贴心的询问是否有澡盆需求，让人有宾至如归的感觉！很棒！??

第一晚住酒店地板同床头都比较多尘
电视又睇唔到 而且无供应一次性拖鞋
打电话与酒店服务员联络后
第二晚有改善 睇到电视 都有拖鞋
位置于新蒲站同?板桥站中间
都算方便 行去两个捷运站
都只需要大概10分钟?

看留言才选择这间环保概念酒店，首先讲地点虽然不近捷运站，其实新埔站行过去酒店只需7至8分钟一定快过板桥站，板桥站路程远些及多灯位等过马路都浪费了不少时间！酒店房间舒适空间足够；电掣插位位置亦很细心亦很足够；房间WIFI连接简单又畅顺；第一晚试咗酒店17楼的按摩及岩盘浴共1个半小时只需1350台币，这个很赞啊！按摩师傅很到位又痛又爽又舒服晚上瞓得很好，到第三晚就浸温泉??水温有41度浸10-15分钟已很足够，地方整洁！要注意最后入场时间系晚上9:30呀！

According to Taiwan MOENV on 17 July, "Lodging providers shall be prohibited from offering liquid toiletry and bodycare products in single-use packaging with a volume of less than 180 milliliters, and shall be required to provide large-bottle wall-mounted shower products instead. The EPA stated that enterprises will be given a buffer period to deplete their inventory and adjust, with inspections commencing from 1 January 2025. Personal hygiene items such as combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, and shower caps are not to be actively displayed."
-- Poor services. It was my first time traveling to Taiwan and was totally unaware of the gov's new go-green initiative. When I found out that no bathroom amenities will be provided upon checking in the hotel, I asked the check-in staff if she could kindly provide me a set of toothbrush and toothpaste as I forgot to bring mine. Then the check-in staff told me that they do not provide such FREE toiletries anymore. In fact, she informed me that if I wanted it I could BUY it from her, followed by showing me a bag of personal hygiene items such as combs, toothbrushes, toothpaste, razors, shaving foam, shower caps and slippers. I understood that the hotel supported the government's movement of restricting single use lodging supplies. However, such act of selling was truly unfavourable as it sounded like Jasper Young hotel wanted to make some profit from those items used to be inclusive in hotel room fare, on top of the paid room rate. If you are supporting the gov's move, please do it whole-heartedly. "The EPA stresses that the regulation does not entail a complete ban on toiletry products. The reduction of disposable amenities need not compromise the quality of hotel services."
I had an unpleasant stay with Jasper Young Hotel with its dirty and sticky room floor. I shifted to another hotel within the same area on the next day. Surprisingly, this hotel with a lot much cheaper room rate compared to Jasper Young, actually provided sets of nice bristle tooth brushes and toothpastes in their bathroom without any requests, they even provided bath salt for a soak. Their room has a better view, and so much cleaner floor with slippers given.

Always love staying in Banqiao area. The hotel is clean and spacious. There is an onsen on the top level of the hotel. The only thing was they did not had a weighing scale. I wanted to weigh my luggage and do a bit if repacking before going to the airport.

第三次入住 很喜欢的氛围感
房间有大大落地窗 早上起床 打开窗帘
明亮心情非常好

酒店虽然新，环境尚算好。但是冷气不知道为什么半夜会很热，电视可以连接YouTube及Netflix ， 但是连接不是每一间房间都是一样，声音调节有问题。第一晚上半夜1:30敲门，到了4:30又敲门 ，第二朝明早下边投诉要求调房 。他们说出的原因是后备设备有问题，所以门钟响闹 ，但是我已经按了请勿骚扰，不知道为什么门钟仍然响闹。 厕所冲凉，灯饰太暗 。 感觉不良好?
住了四晚，到最后这一晚才安乐，瞓一晚
