The service staff are helpful at the front desk and concierge counter.
Location also near to convenient store and eateries.
10mins walk to Banqiao train station.

A great hotel that is quite central and within walking distance of the high speed train, city buses, and metro. The room is spacious and clean. View from the top floor (31st floor) was amazing!
The downside is that they don’t provide basic amenities such as a toothbrush or toothpaste. You have to pay for them upon request. A well known chain like Hilton should consider offering these basic necessities, such as a toothbrush set and razors, in room upon request. I have never encountered a hotel that charges for these amenities before. That was the only downside to this hotel.

Satisfied and will visit again when our next trip to Taiwan. Location is superb, easy access to MRT station and night market. The hotel breakfast is good too.

很棒的體驗，不管位置設施泳池，都很棒，很喜歡，附近的生活機能也都很好，有誠品、大遠百、小遠百，威秀跟秀泰影城！

嗯，有符合我心中對於五星級飯店的評價，兩人房的房間坪數超大，我是一個不能接受小坪數的人，所以這房間我很滿意，廁所是淋浴、馬桶、泡澡分開，也很棒，還有兩個洗手台，希爾頓不錯，我之前去澳門也是住希爾頓、我以後會選擇希爾頓飯店，但是有個美中不足的地方是，飯店設施有點少，只有健身房跟泳池，泳池在冬天時還是冰水，如果可以改溫水就更好了

飯店很新，客房打掃乾淨，廁所雙洗手台很方便，高樓層城市景觀很好，泳池人數很多，大部分都是網美在拍照，導致想游泳的人會一直是干擾，早餐普通。
