  交通方便而且酒店服务非常好，退房当天还可以寄存行李！空气特别清新，房间很乾净。下次来台北还会选择这个酒店。

  Checked-in for 3 nights, request no corner room, not bear ti the lift and if possible checked me in to a double bex room. Arrived for checked in at 3pm, front desk said fully booked (weekdays) and understood. But, the room was 2301, corner room and near lift. The most disappointment was, checkex in 3 nights, the svcreen foelrver welcome another customer, a japanese guy name. Overall, I've never been experienced the lobby staff never great you, chit chatting while checl the guest out.. Room good, clean, location strategic, only sideback is the servicing.

  View is good but room amenities is not good we cannot bring toothbrush because all of hotel that I experienced is completed

  It is really the best hotel i have ever experienced, and as couples who stayed.. we really enjoy our day and night.. spending time at the pool area, their restaurant is so good, lots of foods and delicious, very spacious, it was best to realx at the hotel . The place is so big and clean and all its amenities are perfect.

  Perfect! ?? Located near a train station and HSR is also within less than 10 minutes walking distance. Was upgraded to a Junior Suite, thank you!!! Hotel is very clean and there is a shopping mall within walking distance as well. Highly recommend staying in this hotel ??

  Good location and room is nice. Front desk staff are not very friendly though. Service level can be greatly improved. Housekeeping staff are nice.

  The hotel is located close to Banqiao HSR which is deemed to be pretty convenient. Having said so, especially if you happen to be on a trip with family and want to explore most of the tourist attractions in the City or Beitou or Shilin or Gu Gong National Museum. Staying near the city is going to save you quite some time and money. Unless you are there to watch a baseball match at Xin Zhuang or have some business related meetings. In terms of facilities, there is a swimming pool and gym. No sauna, no steam room and I saw people walking around in the gym with their swimming suit. Not sure if the toilet is shared or .... Oh... not to forget, toiletries such as tooth brush and tooth paste need to be brought along too.

  我们二次再访已是五年后，还带了小孩子：整体而言，非常满意，小孩睡觉睡得很香甜，而且非常期待能再带着爷爷奶奶阿公阿嬷一起再度来访、唯一状况就是冷气温度忽高忽低，这一点我们搞不定，必须请房务人员帮忙看一看，房务马上拿着电扇来服务，非常给力、谢谢凯撒饭店里从上至下的所有工作服务人员。
