今次再次入住这间酒店服务也是服务非常良好，今次还未到达入住时间，前台已经把我的行李处理得妥当，预先帮我进行check-in，非常体贴，我也会下次选择这间。??

酒店步行到板桥车站大约8分钟，楼下有全家便利商店，附近有大远百商场、诚品书店及各式食肆，步行15分钟有夜市，地理位置很好很方便。房间在18楼，景观开扬，空间很大，舒适整洁，而且还有迎宾小吃及饮品，十分贴心。

地点算方便.. 识得行其实好快到车站/捷运..
跨年房价价钱有涨了点..但服务人员都很好，有事需要联系国泰，服务人员愿意借出电话打去国泰..问他们早餐地点他们也告知在哪里，怎样去，房间乾净.. 会再考虑

Staff were helpful though they may not sound friendly but they are just direct and straightforward. Room was clean and spacious, location and amenities were a plenty.

虽然离市区唔系最近，胜在性价比高。酒店够新净。近板桥车站其实机场过去都好方便有直接巴士到达或者可以坐捷运/火车都好方便。?附近有大型百货公司，行落去近下一个地铁站都有个商圈，要买手信都好方便一定要喺市区买。搭捷运出去都好方便喺南线，可以直接去到西门同台北车站，只系需要搭多几个站。
房间入面新净企理，张床够软腍，花洒够水力又有免治马桶。下次嚟台北都值得再嚟！大推！

住起来很舒服，乾净整洁，有化妆镜、全身镜超级喜欢的，很好拍，化妆也方便，床很大想怎么滚都行，还有小零食贵好贴心呀，另外隔音很好，几乎听不到外面的声音，地点附近有很多百货可以逛，有机会想再来住第二次。

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I chose it again because of its excellent amenities and thoughtful design. The room is beautifully decorated in calming green tones, and the layout is ideal for two or three guests. I especially appreciated the separate wet and dry toilet areas, as well as the divided bathroom and shower-very
convenient for sharing. Guests can also enjoy complimentary movies, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and would gladly return.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were consistently rude throughout our 3-day stay — not a single person came across as friendly. For a 4-star hotel, this kind of attitude is truly disappointing. If you check the Google reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only one who experienced this — it’s clearly a recurring issue.
On a positive note, the room was clean, and the hotel’s location was convenient, surrounded by shops with a nice coffee and tea place just across the street.
However, there are no facilities at all — absolutely zero.

The overall service is good. But the zero plastic policy is a bit inconvenient when our request of chopsticks was denied.
