房间不大但很新！早餐有点太简单不建议在酒店吃早餐！这条街瘾君子看着太多，有点恶心！主要是他们随便大小便尿液和体液搞的街道臭烘烘的！晚上不敢出去怕碰到这些行为举止比较诡异的人！

lots of road construction jobs
firemen came at mid night, we all went to lobby by stairs. all guests gathered at the lobby.
ppl all were worrying and quite tired.
but no workers came and sent a confort.
quite disappointed

这可能是我在纽约住过最差酒店，没有之一。1）没有窗帘，一块破布，链条还是坏的，用来遮窗户 2）没有洗漱用品就罢了，一双一次性拖鞋都不给 3）已经抠门到极致，瓶装水没有，要自己去一个地方接水，水很难喝，已经坑爹到这种程度吗？4）别说服务，根本没有服务，前台电话打不通，打通了也没有人服务 5）房间不干净，破空调很吵。总之，这2000一晚什么破垃圾酒店，理解美国通货膨胀，纽约坑爹到这种程度吗？花了钱基本的服务和体验都没有。总之，it deserves to be called a piece of stinking trash.

房间还可以，环境在纽约也属可以，纽约是寸金地的地方。出门右转走一百多米左转，沿马路走二十分钟左右右转走几分钟就可以到时代广场了。出门右转走一百多米右转，走五，六分钟有一个地铁站。出行还可以。早餐是点餐的。酒店一百多米有两个小餐馆。好像是东南亚餐馆，还有一个是印度风味。有米饭等。但没进去过。附近路上会有个别流浪汉，但总体是安全的。出门左转走一百多米右转街口有一便利店，可以买瓶装水。因为酒店不提供水。

Excellent location. Room is of decent size for New York. Staff is friendly and can store luggage for you if you arrive early.

Very convenient location, easily accessible to major streets and shops. Double bedroom are spacious, clean and comfy. Staff are nice, polite and responsive to our needs. Surely will come back again to this hotel next time we visit New York.

Great location near to Penn Station, Time Square, Hudsons Yard, within walking distance. Bed was super comfy, I would have loved to stay in all day to maximise my stay.

the hotel is nice and modern; rooms are more specious compared to stanadrd NYC.
unfortunately the area is full of homeless and it's not safe to walk alone in the evening, despite it being really central and close to metro stop.
