Ich war bereits das vierte Mal in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen. Das Flatiron ist keine fünf Minuten zu Fu? entfernt, das Empire Stae Building erreicht man in zehn Minuten und den Times Square in zwanzig. Die Subway ist direkt eine Stra?e weiter, man hat Einkaufsm?glichkeiten, es gibt Bars und Restaurants in der N?he. Ich kann dieses Hotel w?rmstens empfehlen. Die Mitarbeiter sind unfassbar freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und diskret.

I had an excellent stay at this property. The location was ideal, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff provided outstanding service. From the doorman to concierge Anthony and the check-in team, every interaction was marked by professionalism and warmth. I look forward to returning for future visits.

We had 6 of us and the room was very spacious and accomodating. The staff was super friendly and even open the door with a smile as you come and go. There wasn’t parking directly at the hotel so we had to get those details but it wasn’t far. They charged additional fees whether you ate the snacks or drank the water so that was confusing and not clearly conveyed by the staff or any info in the room, there was mold in the corner of the shower and the pull out couch was nothing but back wrecking springs so that was disappointing but all in all we would stay here again due to the staff and accomodating room.

Hidden cost , you have to have the condiments pay 16.00 dollers on top of the pice separately not breakfast and , and when checking in they aked like your going to something wrong there really no.way to explain it but not professional, shoers cold on full heat still cold check out was the only thing i enjoyed never again will i stay there 1 and also not in a rewards system either

Wasn’t the best reception, including my safe being locked when I arrived, which delayed me. Room is nice, and spacious by NYC standards. I didn't find the staff as welcoming or helpful as I expected, given how highly this hotel ranks on Trip Advisor.
