  酒店地理位置不错，早餐也挺好吃，但是隔音效果真的差，夜里隔壁房间走路説话声音声声入耳。

  location was great, the hotel itself was comfortable. The room were big enough both bedroom and bathroom. will stay here again when in NYC.

  The breakfast is pretty good. And the service is good as well, the location is in the center so it convenient to take bus or subway.

  房间很乾净，床和枕头都很舒服。在纽约时代广场附近算是比较大的了。地段交通便利，一楼的receptionist很热情，每次进出都微笑打招呼，还能记得以前住过。房间里没有水，提醒自己外面买水带进去。

  I had an excellent stay at Crowne Plaza NY36. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located, making it very convenient for getting around New York City. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff, especially Gurmey. Gurmey was incredibly efficient, professional, and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and ensuring everything ran smoothly during my stay. This level of service made a big difference and truly enhanced my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

  Overall the stay was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The room was small but reasonable for New York, but was clean and a comfortable bed.

  酒店位置很好，房间出乎意料的大，健身房也很大，一楼还有餐厅，餐食味道尚可。主要在36th街，这里去哪里都方便。很满意。

  房间的水龙头有问题，要放一分钟的热水（超级无敌烫）才能出凉水。房间面积小，窗帘是粘上去的，用点力就掉了。前台服务还可以，但是性价比太低了。

  the hotel is right at heart of manhattan only two blocks away from penn station. very strategic to go around in midtown
