房间不大，但是很乾净，有电视，衣柜，椅子，小沙发。长条椅，放东西很方便。特别是衞生间应该是新装修的。非常乾净整洁。洗头水很不错。还有小冰箱，买的食品或者酸奶可以放在里面。窗帘也是2层遮光的。床上用品很乾净，每天都有人清理房间。服务也很好，不够的找服务员拿很快送过来了。楼下还有热水和咖啡供应。酒店有接送车，准时接送。这个很方便。但是酒店离地铁站有点远，要走10分钟左右。酒店后面人少不是很安全。酒店往地铁方向走很热闹，有很多中餐馆和华人超市，美食城。吃饭和买东西很方便。在携程上订酒店很方便，当时説不收按金，只收14美元城市税，但是去到前台又要收取，沟通无果。只能刷卡。如果能配备懂中文的前台就更好了。前台还是很敬业的，问怎样坐地铁帮我们打印出来方便查看。点赞??

After 14 hours of our trip from middle east we have slept well in their comfy bed. My family and I have enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very cozy and very convenient. Aside from close to the train station there is also a place called chinatown who offers great food with a lot of variation with an affordable prices. Though the hotel has incomplete stuffs such as no bathrobe, slippers and service is 6/10 still there is a room for improvement. Overall i can recommend this hotel and we will definitely be coming back in our future plans. Thank you so much and keep it up!

It is a pretty hotel. My only problem was the cleanliness, there was dust on the night stands of the room and the sink and shower were not cleaned when we arrived. The staff seemed stressed and didn’t provide top tier service in terms of attitude and annoyance towards simple questions we asked, but I give them grace because I know the type of clients they have to deal with since I’m retail myself. The pool was closed and I booked for the pool so that was saddening. For no pool I feel I should’ve been compensated for at least some of the cost because it was an expensive stay. Overall not a terrible experience 8/10

房间面积适中，设施新，比较舒适。地理位置好，周边有不同的酒店，去最集中的饮食中心步行不过10分钟??

地理位置不错 步行附近有奶茶一条街和一个不错的mall，退房后可以寄存行李，服务态度好 楼下有免费咖啡/冰水/热水

服务态度非常满意。乾净衞生。出行方便。法拉盛很棒的酒店了。在当地优先推荐。我出行前也是朋友帮我踩点之后推荐给我的。

有机场shuttle , 一小时一班车， 但等左半个钟都唔见，要text 佢地先会接你，最后call 车$20 usd 到酒店，酒店行去坐地铁都要十几分钟，但有好多华人超市，餐厅，出去downtown 都方便，大堂有热水咖啡任饮
