万豪酒店一直是我们出行的最佳选择，位置超级好，在房间里就可以远眺自由女神像，到地铁站特别方便，附近餐厅选择也很多，总之非常满意。

I do love it here, was really beautiful and nice hotel, my room is Hudson River view as in the pictures, so beautiful room. The staff at the lobby was so nice, she let us check-in early so we got some rest before starting the trip. I do appreciate that :) also you will get a lot of benefits that they gonna give you but unfortunately i didn't use it at all but next time we would stay here again and will use some of them. The location is really good, they have their own restaurant and also Starbucks is aside from there, got it every day. Highly recommend! :)

纽约市中心万豪酒店距离景点都不算太远，附近华尔街，自由女神等，离地铁也非常近。房间很大，适合家庭出游。

房间窗边即景，布局合理，服务周到，每天15刀酒吧消费券对家庭亲子出行感觉不太实用！
酒店位置不错，离华尔街、世贸，地铁站都很方便，去自由女神的码头也是步行就可到达。

酒店位於华尔街附近。可以欣赏窗外哈德逊河美丽的落日。酒店服务很好，每天都有免费水和咖啡。床品很舒适。浴巾毛巾??些旧。餐厅、前台、客房的服务人员都很nice??建议毛巾浴巾及时换新。

入住当天抵达酒店是凌晨了，办理入住时前台没有给早餐卷，第二天下午我去前台问了一下才给我们之後几天的，当天的没给也就不了了之了，大堂很小，房间面积够用，没有提供瓶装水，设施相当於国内的希尔顿花园酒店吧，酒店的洗澡水很小，没有淋浴房，只能站在浴池里冲一下，浴缸的下水还不好，洗一个澡半池子水。
酒店前台服务态度普遍比较敷衍，前台有一个华裔男子，但是他説他不会普通话，只能讲英文和粤语，因为我们有两个订单前几天是以我名字订的，後几天是临时加的用的是我老婆名字，这点事在国内解决起来很简单，但是在这里就很费劲，华裔男跟我説只能当天退房後在重新办入住。退房办理续住当天是一个黑人女性服务员，很顺利就办理完成了，但是早餐卷不给我，跟我説要每天就餐前来前台取，这**是啥规矩呀，在我强调之後给了我一天的，我又在此强调两天的都要给我後，才一次性给到我。
这也可能是中美之间酒店的不同吧、也有可能美国酒店就是每天就餐前来前台索要就餐卷，经常来美国的可能比较熟悉。
酒店早餐不是自助餐，就是个套餐，煎蛋和煎土豆块外加培根和猪肉肠二选一，能吃饱。免费的就这样了，花钱的还有其他选择。
酒店位置不错，楼下不远就有711，离多条地铁线都不远，如果下次还住在这里我情愿不要早餐，买个方便麪吃更可口一点。
我觉得纽约酒店普遍也就这样吧，除了大几千一晚的可能不太一样，我也没住过，开学季2000块一晚还可以。

I would like to compliment Ms. Mariam Ibrahim for her outstanding and courteous service during my check-in at the New York Marriott Downtown. From the very first moment, her warm and cheerful personality made me feel right at home. She kindly suggested an upgrade to the 38th floor with access to the Executive Lounge at a very reasonable charge—a memorable experience for my family, as we had never stayed so high before. The view from the room was truly breathtaking, and even from the lounge we could see the Statue of Liberty, which made our stay even more special.
Ms. Mariam’s professionalism, kindness, and positive attitude reflect the true spirit of hospitality. She is definitely well-suited as a frontliner, and her service made our stay an unforgettable one.

酒店地处downtown，离世贸中心，华尔街，自由女神游船码头都非常近，步行10分钟之内都可以到。房间180度大窗，可以看到哈德森湖和自由女神像，非常好。含的早餐一天是点的套餐，一天是自助，没有果汁，只能自费，不过可以用酒店的消费券，一天15美金。总体房间感觉超赞的。
