不愧是宁波服务最好的酒店！刚订完房间，酒店的金钥匙stephen就联系了我，询问我对房间的要求，得知是来过生日的主动提出赠送生日蛋糕，各类小细节都做的很好。到酒店之后入住送行李酒店介绍都非常专业，房间衞生提前检查过，生日蛋糕提前摆在桌子上，房间也做了生日布置真的是非常惊喜！第一次和爱人到宁波旅游，stephen的团队也有准备完备的宁波旅游规划。非常nice的体验！房间视野无敌，下面的江景一览无余，其他服务人员态度亲切，早餐种类丰富。健身房游泳馆设施完善，开放时间都很久，而且一直有人值班。无论出差还是出游，都很推荐！

此次入住贵酒店，前台工作人员专业高效的服务给我留下深刻印象，特此写信表达感谢与认可。问了名字，小姐姐叫李冰涵，办理入住时，态度热情亲和，主动引导核对讯息，流程衔接流畅有序，无繁琐等待，快速完成入住办理，没有因为临近午夜就降低工作热情，大幅提升了入住体验。沟通中，工作人员专业度拉满，清晰讲解酒店设施分布、服务时段及注意事项，回应疑问耐心细致，条理清晰，尽显专业素养。全程服务细致周到，既展现出扎实的业务能力，又传递出贴心的服务温度，让我感受到宾至如归的温暖。

The hotel has a high standard. It is clean, quiet and has got very good river views. Staff are very friendly. Especially, Mr. John Guo was very helpful with my luggages and parcel and everything. Breakfast has a lot of varieties. Especially, they provide fresh squeezed juices (watermelon juices, and orange juices)and cucumber juices. Hotel has also got a big swimming pool with 1.2 and 1.5 meters 2 depths. Would highly recommend.

Service is exceptional...warm and professional. One would feel welcomed!
Buffet breakfast has vast varieties, display is good and clean, food is of good standard.
Hotel room is of good size, very clean and comfy. Huge working table which is rare.
A big compliment to their AC which is extremely quiet and efficient. Very rare to find within 5-star hotels in Asia.

Have stayed before and location is good but surprisingly the bathrobe was having some stain and slippers were already used , cannot imagine such mistake coming from a brand like Marriott .
