酒店服务非常好！管家接送站；房间里看得见泸沽湖湖景、洗漱用品很齐全、迷你洗衣机使用方便、早餐/下午茶/饮品都很好吃、酒店环境乾净整洁、送了博物馆门票和伴手礼……就是早餐的时候有客人提出能否抽烟？服务员大姐竟然同意了！唉！真的是有点，无语??

This hotel is one of our best stays during our China trip. The staff are very helpful with excellent service. They would also provide free afternoon tea when you arrive, free nighttime dessert. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff would also escort you to the car after checking out with souvenirs!!
The room is spacious and nice with fully equipped amenities (aromatic eye masks, single-use towel, single-use bathtub wrap etc). The view is also amazing, literally just 3 meters away from Lugu Lake!

Lovely hotel, with beautiful views of Lugu lake. Hotel room looks just like those in the website. Services provided by hotel were fantastic, breakfast was delicious & beautifully presented. Wished I have stayed longer. Strongly recommend this hotel. Also Conveniently located near many restaurants and just next to Mosuo theatre.

细节打败很多五星酒店的宝藏民宿， 周边吃的也多且楼下就是湖边步道，到餐厅或码头都很方便，在阳台晒着太阳喝着冰柠檬可乐吹着小风望着美景发呆，简直是一种享受，非常推荐大家来体验！

?安下度假酒店：泸沽湖畔的治癒天堂，管家小李让旅程完美满分！
这次泸沽湖之行最惊喜的就是选择了安下度假酒店！推窗即见绝美湖景，晨起薄雾缭绕如仙境，傍晚霞光洒满湖面，每一帧都像油画般治癒。房间设计简约温馨，床品舒适，连浴缸都正对湖景，泡澡时彷佛置身天地之间～
特别感谢管家小李的贴心服务！从入住前的路线指引到每日的游玩建议，甚至帮忙预订环湖车、赠送热饮，全程有求必应，像朋友一样温暖。酒店位置也很便利，步行几分钟就能到湖边发呆，真正实现了“躺平看风景”的梦想！
如果来泸沽湖，安下一定是我的唯一选择！五星不足以表达喜爱，下次还要来找小李打卡四季不同的湖光山色～

It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire.
The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too.

nice hotel right at the edge of the lake. there are occasional car that drive in front if the hotel and peoole right outside your balcony.We enjoyed our stay

We had a great stay at Anxia. The alpine lake view was stunning from the room, and it was so relaxing we extended our stay to 3 nights. With hotel’s recommended contacts, we arranged for a well-priced car-sharing from Lijiang to Lugu Lake and back to Dali (about 4h each way). We also loved their daily breakfast and welcome tea set. Thanks Zhouma and all for the caring service too. Highly recommend staying at Anxia when you visit Lugu Lake, best relaxation experience of our Yunnan trip.

房间阳台直麪泸沽湖，绝美湖景。酒店服务特别好，小李管家提前联系，帮忙拿着行李到房间，后面有需求，微信联系小李管家，马上就送到房间。酒店准备的早餐都很丰盛，鸡汤米线，蔬菜沙拉，水果，粥之类的。房间的准备的东西也很齐全，有一次性浴巾，洗脸巾，消毒湿巾，衞生巾之类的，房间里还有一个小洗衣机，洗衣服也很方便。来安下入住是一个不错的选择。
