不得不説这次入住体验超出预期！前台办理入住很快，服务温柔又贴心。房间打扫得乾乾净净，没有异味，衞浴用品齐全，热水充足，洗漱很方便。隔音效果也不错，晚上特别安静。地理位置优越，湖景很美，看到了彩虹??出行吃饭都很便利，住着舒心又安心，点赞扎西，非常好

设施非常齐全，衞生很乾净，刚到的时候被震惊了一下，比网上看到的图片好很多，特别是管家扎西和小张服务态度都很好，非常热心，居住体验非常不错；早餐也很好吃，很丰盛的早餐，最后临走退房的时候还送了黑糖伴手礼，泡水很好喝。酒店就在湖边，下次去一定要订湖景房，参观了一下简直太美了

环境特别好，庭院乾净，花草绿的精神，红的娇艳。
房间衞生好，设施齐全，冰箱里准备了软饮，一次性浴巾，毛巾，女儿难得的説洗发水挺好的。
服务也非常贴心和到位，不懂怎么用浴缸花洒，漂亮的张店长两分钟就来了，悉心跟**作，还问我需不需要一次性浴缸套袋。小龙帮我提行李。因为是跟女儿一起住，儿子从别处来，我就让他们俩吃早餐，我不吃，小张跟小龙知道后特地跟我説:没关系的，给我也准备了一份。虽然因为胃不好确实早餐不能乱吃，但是这份贴心挺让我感动的。
以后来还住这里，也推荐朋友们来这里住。

The hotel is located in a good location very near the lake. Room is clean and pleasant. Hotel staff service level is excellent. Unfortunately, our room WiFi didn't work thus rendering the TV redundant. It's a hardware fault so nothing could be done until the next day. They tried their best to resolve the issue though. We were given an upgrade to a bigger room with working WiFi and TV. But the heater was faulty and blower strength was weak. Instead of freezing overnight, we returned back to the original room. Overall this is a great hotel with wonderful staff.

民宿位置很好，房间设计的很有特色
设施齐全，早餐还有衞生状况也不错
离店还送了伴手礼～
1分给店长的服务态度，当然也理解了为什么同样是淡季这样的条件却卖不上房价，因为店长管理能力和隔壁店比起来个人能力实在是差距太大；如果只在乎硬件不在乎软件的强烈推荐入住；如果更在乎管理水平的，还是建议去其他店看看吧～

Loved the location and stunning lake views! The coffee shop was a perfect spot. While check-in was a bit chaotic initially, the team sorted it out. The complimentary treats and breakfast were a fantastic bonus, and the room was modern, clean, and very comfy. A great experience overall.
