整体非常超预期！虽然是老酒店，但设施应该是做了更新，入住日还送了水果，而且14：00退房时间非常友好，这个价格下性价比非常高，下次来鄂尔多斯还住这家～

很乾净温馨，特别舒适，像回到家里的感觉，安静，服务很周到，早点很丰盛??，鄂尔多斯地标型建筑，黄金地段，出行也很方便，

酒店环境好一进大厅就是香香的，地理位置优越旁边是中心医院，距离万达啥的也不远～前台服务热情，周到，客房打扫非常及时，高效，工作人员都很敬业能及时处理问题，设身处地为客人着想。不仅如此还给我送了小果盘吃～然后第二天的早餐种类繁多，早餐餐厅门口工作人员也是热情礼貌的接待！非常满意的一次入住体验！在这家酒店住宿让我感受到了家的温馨，床铺舒适，用品贴心，服务细致入微，是出差和旅行的理想下榻之处。

酒店真的很不错，老牌国营四星酒店。
位置很好，就在王府井商场旁边，机场大巴下车走过来一条直线，不到10分钟。
前台很好，直接説升级套房，今早上离店后也送了一个小礼品，有一瓶矿泉水，一袋小备品，一个杯子，酒店很有心意。很喜欢。除了房间老一点，其他真的没人任何问题！推荐入住！

前台小姐姐非常好帮我升级了房间，还送了欢迎水果。老牌星级酒店品质在线，服务在线，早餐非常丰富，有内蒙特色酸奶，12楼非常安静。

我们到酒店时很晚，前台服务人员小赵大高个儿美女，服务周到、态度温和，给升了级，房间很宽敞，乾净无异味，送了欢迎水果和小食品，床很舒服。酒店位置超方便，步行到王府井商业中心5分钟，没多远我们就去了想吃的羊肉汤麪餐馆??

Few of the amenities listed on the listing page are available. Maybe they were at some point in the past long ago, but this hotel is far from in its prime.
There is no sauna. The "bath center" where this was has been converted into a commercial spa for a business unrelated to the hotel.
There is no night club.
There is no "gym" as shown in one of the pictures. I believe a lot of the pictures shown on the listing page are years if not decades old.
There is no "boutique". There is one tiny convenience store on the first floor.
The hotel has a restaurant on the second floor. I only used it for the free breakfast which was good.
The hotel largely focuses on catering to business events. They have meeting spaces and a big ornate looking meeting space. For normal travellers, this hotel is very bare bones.
Service was great. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The laundry is not self service. You need to pay per article of clothing for someone to take it.
The room itself lacked a minibar, functional air conditioning, or a functional safe. It was very spartan.
Would I come here again? Not for the listed price. Without any of the advertised amenities, I can't imagine this is much better than cheaper hotels in the area.
