他们安全系统出了严重问题
我的?房咭坐电梯时带我去了别的楼层，还打开了别人房间的门。当下?以为自己房间被清空，换了第二组客人的?行李。
对方的物品全在我眼前??????，后来才发现是同?房号但别的?楼层。?
最令我疑惑的是，报告了职员。他们反应冷淡，冷处理事件?????。完全不着紧安全性问题。令人10分愕然。?
大阪万豪酒店是我最喜欢的酒店，地点佳景色美
所以我住了这里很多次
可惜这次令我很失望。

Everthing about the hotel is fantastic except the breakfast which is very mediocre. The location has access to a few train lines besides being the 1st stop from Kaisai Airport on Haruku line. Below hotel has 3 floors of restaurants and a departmental store with supermarket. The hotel room has great view of Osaka city from morning to night.

这次入住体验太棒了！酒店服务非常贴心，从前台到客房人员都笑容满面、有求必应。房间宽敞明亮，整洁度满分，床铺舒适得让人一觉到天亮。早餐种类丰富，味道也很好。地理位置便利，周边安静却不偏僻。整体而言，是物超所值的选择，下次一定会再来入住，也诚心推荐给大家！

Can compliment the housekeeper enough for doing such a thorough job in keeping our room clean daily. Kudos to bell services team for helping to transport our many luggages. Location was superb too. Will recommend and come back again!

距离天王寺JR站很近，附近有好多吃喝享乐的地方！
Harukas 300 也在同一个大厦，可以去参观一下。
员工也很有礼，夜晚都会跟你讲晚安！??

服务：没什么不好的
交通：去机场也非常方便，一线直达；酒店B1左拐就是御堂筋线，贯穿了大阪主要购物区域，联通心斋桥、梅田商圈，超级便利，不惧刮风下雨hhh～
大阪除梅田区域之外的不二选择??

Marriott Miyako has became my go-to hotel when I visit Osaka due to the convenient location, hardware has always been wonderful and front desk staffs are always welcoming and polite, breakfast is pretty good with different main dish (eggs) everyday
However, I did not have a good experience this time at restaurant ZK, its my third time having teppanyaki there, but this time the chef seems not happy about me and only explained the ingredients/ dishes to my wife without even looking at me the whole meal, didn't say thank you nor goodbye when we left; its not like its a big deal but just not something professional that leaves a bad impression, when u charge michelin star restaurant price u do not show attitude like you are working in McDonald's
