The hotel is conveniently located in the Shinsaibashi area, making it easy for guests to get around, especially with nearby subway access. Although the room is compact, it is well-equipped with complete amenities.
There are two areas for improvement: noise from neighboring rooms can be a bit disruptive, and the room lighting is quite dim and could benefit from being brighter.

下楼对面就是大丸百货 地铁也很方便 步行6分钟左右就能到道顿堀
衞生：挺好的 没什么毛病 本人算是比较挑剔的
服务：也还行 不要太早去办理入住 要排队 不如把行李寄存了出去逛 晚点回来办理入住

Overall an excellent stay at Hotel Nikko Osaka. The location is very convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the metro station via a covered walkway. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it a pleasant and hassle-free experience.

One of the best location in Shinsaibashi. Staff are attentive and always eager to help. The hotel building are classic and facilities are guests friendly with good maintenace.

Room was spacious, good enough to open 2 big luggages. Location wise also ok within walking distance to many places. Linked to subway but downside is need to go stairs with luggages no lift from subway.
They also prepared a box of chocolate for my hubby birthday. Thank you for the kind gesture and wishes.

Perfect location - walking distance to big shopping malls, shinseibasi, dohtonbori and namba. Very convenient as there's subway below the hotel. Rooms are big too. I will stay here again for sure!

位置非常方便，一出门就喺地铁站，对面又有商场shopping，而且价钱经济实惠，房间也很大，服务员很有礼貌，值得一赞，下次都大阪会再选择他们

环境整洁，但设备略为旧。但卫生情况极好。
酒店有shuttle bus 去机场，每日有3个时间。
而刚好是小朋友的生日，酒店送上小礼物，小朋友很开心。
