Excellent location above Osaka Takashimaya, linked to Namba Station directly by lift. Getting to the hotel was abit confusing using google maps until we figured it out. Overall their location makes for ease of shopping & convenient offload the bags in the hotel room.
The check in desk was very professional & the bath tub was European size (we booked twin beds).
Of the 3 hotels that we booked in Osaka (&Here Namba, Universal Port Vita, Swissotel), Swissotel was the only hotel that could read & execute our consistent requests to push the twin beds together so our toddler could sleep in the middle. Thumbs up for their professionalism. There was also a pair of kid slippers laid out for our kid.
There is a friendly hotel bar (free entry, subject to opening hours in afternoon) on level 9 that allows one to play retro video games like Mario & board games etc. Our kid throughly enjoyed their hotel bar games.
As Swiss?tel is a business hotel, there is no water pitcher in the room & no ice dispenser room. The toilet is a combined one-room facility. However, the rooms are quiet, the water pressure is great & everyone slept really well.

难波的便利不必多说，交通枢纽，无论铁路还是地铁，这家酒店都电梯直达。这次房间比较小，订景观大床房的游客要注意，床宽只有1.6米，家庭三人有些拥挤。酒店设施也老旧，床头没有插座很不方便。这点跟后来入住的梅田傲格图差距较大。一楼虽然有铁路，但基本没有噪声，但房间隔音较差，房间音乐声容易穿透，比较容易被吵到或干扰他人。酒店三楼和一楼都直通高岛屋百货，扫货第一选择酒店。服务人员英文都还可以，也比较热情帮助顾客解决问题。如果需要预订餐厅或者买票/需要其他预订类服务，可以找前台帮忙。总体是难波附近的便利和专业酒店优选之一。

Location cannot be faulted. Integrated with Takashimaya and the train station and just a stone throw away from Dotonbori and the covered shopping arcade. View is great and the hotel is classy and discreet. Highly recommend!

Super convenient. The hotel is on top Nankai station and it’s easy for transportation. Underground has food court. And 10 mins walking to the famous canal

Hotel is strategically located. Very convenient and short walk to Dotonbori and Kuromon market. Located right beside Namba station and takashimaya. Sheltered walkway from Namba station to hotel conveniently.
Also very near to toyota rent a car station.
Only disadvantage is the rather limited choices of food at the breakfast buffet spread. But it is still considerably better than many other Japanese hotels i have stayed in before.

位置挺好，交通方便，多条地铁线在周边，商场就在楼下，附近还有美食街和各种商店；设施有点年头了，但卫生维护的很好，干净整洁；房间面积比较大（在大坂同价位附近）；房间隔音水平一般，洗手间不隔音，楼层间隔音也一般，晚上睡觉有咚咚咚的脚步的脚步声。

The location is perfect for early fight. The train station is just downstair of hotel. The bar at 36 is amazing for night view for Namba.

1、地理位置优越，机场坐地铁直达酒店。
2、房间卫生打扫很干净。
3、酒店员工服务非常好，碰到每一位员工都是微笑面对客户。
4、十年后再次来到大坂旅游，入住的是同一家酒店，感觉这家酒店设施还是很新的。
不足之处：
这次入住4晚，每天进出酒店有点累，有一次在大楼里溜达了许久才找到出口方向，因为我们是路盲辨别不了方向。
