Better than expected. Easy access to this hotel by local subway stations. Friendly staff. Quality breakfast. Very clean room. Comfortable bed. Good size of the room. Feel luxury but with the reasonable price. Evening DJ performances are bonus. Definitely worth the money and strong recommend.

附近有京阪电车好方便。酒店旁有family mart, 上岛咖啡屋，mos burger 等食肆，出去食早餐都不大问题。若是嫌从御堂筋线转两次车麻烦，可从淀屋桥11号出口行回去酒店都系一条直路十分钟左右。他们有welcome drinks, 有果汁、红白酒及日本酒可选。
房间清洁舒适宁静，不会常听到房门外声音，逢双层有饮水/冰机，刚好住双数层就方便些，最好每层都有啦。大致上很满意。

酒店位置在日本金融区，附近的交通非常方便，而且酒店楼下右面就有一家familymart。
酒店采取自助check-in，但旁边是有staff，可以在不懂操作时询问，而且他们的英语能力都不错。

京都和大阪都选择的皇家花园，房间整体都不错，大阪的离繁华路段远一点，但好在就在地铁边，价格比京都高，订了酒店的早餐，也非常不错，西式的为主，吃起来也习惯的。

照片比较乱，自己对照文字看就行，小纸条就是兑换酒水币的单子。自助办理入住很方便。大阪政府追加徵税，根据人头和住店费用，分几个等级，从每人每天一百日元起步，办理入住的时候机器上就直接交了。交通方便，下楼就是地铁，到哪里都方便。服务热情，有前台会中文，有翻译软件。前台在二楼，有24小时免费咖啡，柠檬水，冰水。如果喜欢手冲咖啡，提供了三种咖啡豆，有冲泡説明。定期二楼有DO NIGHT，休息一下听写音乐，喝杯咖啡，不错。一堆面膜什么的自己拿就行。入住时会给一张兑换券，一人给一个币，机器里有几种酒和果汁，换币或者使用只能是下午三点到晚上十点。24小时吸烟室很方便，大阪全城禁烟，只能找吸烟室。商场里都有，看导购牌在几层。酒店设备很新，房间很大，浴室很大，洗澡水很好，地漏通畅。智能马桶。酒店整体真的很好，以后来大阪就住这里。

Modern and sleek designed hotel, the hotel entrance is very cool, fyi reception is on the second floor. Room felt a little cramped with the side table and sofa, but it was manageable, bathroom was very nice, shower was good. There is an iron room on every floor, but water machine is on the even number floors only, water is not given, have to collect from machine. Excellent location, next to metro, on the left you have entrance 3, or if you have luggage, best to use entrance 1B, which is on the right, just past the convenience store. Didn’t have breakfast but hot drinks from the machine are available all day, or you can grind your own specialist coffee, additionally, you can pick up some very nice products including face masks from floor 2. Definitely recommend the hotel.
