The room I stayed in was the standard type. It looked older than I expected and was quite small. The lighting was pretty dim (maybe that’s part of the concept). There were no bathrobes,. The hot water temperature was stable, which was nice. The shower gel smelled really good, I liked it. Met housekeepers at the corridor but no greeting to guest, I did not expect anyone pay attention on me but just compared with other hotels. Front desk and restaurant staff seem nice but not so much interact with the guests. Breakfast was quite good, and the lhotel location is excellent for anyone attending events at Impact. Overall, it was good.

The hotel was comfortable. Unfortunately, we requested for a quiet room at an upper floor level. What we requested was not provided. When we were there, we requested a few things but the reception was not cooperative. But then, even if one section of the hotel service was not cooperative, the others like the concierge, restaurant, etc were very polite and helpful.

Perfect for Impact Arena Event Attendees
Stayed at Novotel Impact Bangkok during Miss Universe and couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel connects directly to the Impact Arena via skywalk—incredibly convenient when attending events at the Impact Challenger Hall. No need to worry about transportation or timing. If you're planning to attend any event at Impact, this hotel is the obvious choice. Easy access makes all the difference!

A very pleasant stay with Novotel Impact, the hotel is just 3 mins walk from Impact Arena and 10 mins walk from Cosmo Bazaar.
The hotel staffs are very friendly and the breakfast is great .

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani.
The location is convenient for walking to event halls.
Breakfasthas variety of selection.
The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all.

距离impact场馆非常近，看演唱会或者参加展会不用担心散场後打车的问题了，步行就能到，可以立马休息。
