  环境：环境非常好，位置绝佳在巴黎埃菲尔铁塔旁边，步行 100 米！ 服务：办理退房时长超过二十分钟，无语了！退个按金等半天，一直催他们主管都是无视我们的！导致我们航班时间赶！

  Great view. Comfort rooms. Receptionist very kind and polite allowing us to check in earlier after almost 24 hours of travelling time.

  其实就是花钱买个景，房间空间比较小，阳台装饰很简陋，适合情侣约会拍照。

  去了九个国家第一次发生这种情况，一打开被子竟然还有血迹有点搞笑了，酒店的衞生非常堪忧，让人心里非常膈应，恶心。我预订的大床房给了我两个单人小床非常之小。前台第一次给我们的房卡还是无效的刷不开，有多跑一趟，酒店大堂客人都挤在一起，非常混乱没秩序。去吧枱喝东西，和服务员要个空杯子是需要等十分钟才上来的。酒店内设也非常差，很简陋，根本不是四千多一晚的标准。赶紧花钱买了罪受，四星的酒店顶多两星的标准。房间wifi也是非常卡，最高温度只能调到23.5度非常冷。阳台能看见埃菲尔铁塔景色还是很美的。总结：除了地理位置这个酒店我找不出任何优点，相反全是缺点。连最基本的衞生都不能保证。

  It was nice and the service was okay also. But no bellboy in the front door and the umbrella rental machine wasnt working but thats not an issue. The location was impeccable you cant miss the eiffel tower and its near to so many restaurants that close late. The staff was as accommodating as can be and the rooms were clean and pretty big compared to the other hotels in the area
