来这边旅行，进来前台小姐姐热情的接待了我们，态度特别好，附近停车 很方便。位置离龙凤头沙滩很近，也算中心位置，周边很多美食。房间里乾净衞生 设施设备很不错 床垫睡着很舒适，空调很给力，隔音效果还不错。

很不错，酒店就在海边，周边吃饭的地方也特别多，房间乾净整洁，香香的，海景房方向很正。
需要的东西，服务员很快就送来了，前台小姐姐也很热情，服务很好。
早餐还不错，停车也方便，整体感觉不错哦，推荐！

酒店设施非常新，停车方便，离龙王头很近，步行到龙王头沙滩，几分钟的时间就能抵达了，酒店的周边吃饭十分方便，餐饮店铺也很多，房间里面的衞生也是比较乾净整洁的。服务员热情周到，有求必应，住的十分满意，下次再来！

服务：太贴心了 给免费升了房型 还延了退房时间 还送了水果
设施：很新 很好
衞生：非常乾净 乾湿分离 还有智能马桶

平潭宇城星海国际大酒店真的超出预期！回头客被免费升级高层海景大床房，推窗就是绝美无遮挡海景，清晨睁眼就能邂逅海上日出，海面波光粼粼的画面太治癒。酒店毗邻龙凤沙滩，出门即玩，自驾停车有地面和地下两种选择，特别方便。新装修的智能马桶、触控开关很显质感，床垫睡感舒适，早餐茶点品种齐全，前台服务超贴心，妥妥的海滨度假优选！

和朋友一起去平潭游玩，选了星海酒店，离龙王头沙滩很近。上午到酒店，大堂很气派。给我们升级了新装修房间，感觉很大，整洁漂亮。床垫厚实，睡得很好。三分离衞浴区，而且是智能马桶。地面可以停车，也有地下停车场。退房时最好提前向前台説一下车号，住客免费停车。
早餐在三楼，是中西餐，有牛奶、豆浆、粥，中西糕点，蔬菜、肉类，现磨咖啡机，现做煎蛋、米线等。
前台薛婷婷态度很好，耐心介绍房间，还贴心地提醒我们去海边要戴帽子，晚上还让服务员送上果盘。最后一张照片是从龙王头沙滩附近回看酒店。

This is absolutely an outstanding hotel in China, the best one out of 6 the past few weeks for me. The staff are very professional, extremely helpful and polite and caring. As an example, they helped me get to a village by the beach on Pingtan Island and then checked on me in the evening to make sure i got back safely! What hotel does that??!! There is a fresh seafood restaurant next to the hotel and all the sea produce are absolutely fresh & in huge aquariums, no fishy smell and very clean. Starbuck is on the other side of the lobby. Amazing hotel, worth every penny!
