满分推荐程府锦院！房间设施很新很智能，衞浴配置也很棒，衞生间居然还有可以烘乾的毛巾架，非常方便又高级，住着特别舒适。早餐丰富好吃，有特别小菜和牛肉麪而且味道也很好。服务热情周到，贴心细致，宾至如归。整体体验超棒，下次来还会选择这

第二次来平遥，想避开熙攘的西街，也不想住刻意复古的客栈，我是一个软装设计师，喜欢毫无违和的混搭。来之前看了一些酒店的照片，实地后更加惊艳，现代设计让历史建筑更有活力也更便于生活，互相映衬。学习了也体验了。
服务：超级贴心，我想不能用服务周到，应该感受到的是宾至如归，尤其是在过年期间，让人有走亲访友的热情????

节后去的这家民宿，一直拖到现在才写点评，还是很想表扬这家民宿，全程体验很暖心！
我们车刚到停车场，就有人主动过来接，帮忙拿行李，特别贴心。春节刚过游客不多，店家还主动给我们免费升房，説让住得更舒服一点，瞬间被感动到。
想请导游，店里安排的导游讲解特别专业，讲得清楚又实在，跟着玩一点不踩坑，省心太多。
第二天我们是中午离开的，临走还送了当地小礼物，小小一份心意特别让人舒服。
説实话平遥商业味太浓了，因回京路过在此歇脚，但住在这温馨的庭院太值了，有温度、有人情味，好评点赞??！

非常棒的酒店！！！很时尚但也保留了原建筑的风格
服务太好了，刚到就到停车场来接了，入住送了茶，拿铁竟然有商用咖啡机，味道好过外面的咖啡店！酒店人员超级热情～入住送了梨汤和爆米花～房间非常整洁有地暖，minibar也是免费的，还有加湿器南方人快乐??酒店姐姐非常热情的介绍了平遥经典，还送了饭店打折卡；早餐也是非常精致且美味，有特色的平遥牛肉，包子是酱肉包，还有南瓜小米粥；退房还送了醋油茶和小零食一袋??真的非常好的酒店！！！

We had a great time in Pingyao and the hotel and the service were top notch! They picked us up and brought us back to the station without any cost, gave us lots of useful information about the old city and even made me a gluten free breakfast and lunch to take away (because they were scared I wouldn’t be able to find something on the train ride). All in one, we were very happy with the whole experience, highly recommend!

平遥程府锦院是这次旅行的意外惊喜！古城核心位置超便利，步行几分钟就到南大街，闹中取静。古院改造得很有格调，中式韵味混搭现代舒适，落地窗配私汤超治癒，随手拍都是大片。戴森、马歇尔音响配齐，雅兰床垫睡得超香。24小时管家超贴心，免费接送站，早餐有平遥特色油茶和牛肉，退房还送伴手礼。细节里全是温度，下次来平遥一定再住！

What a great boutique hotel. We were picked up at the train station and taken to the North Gate wall entrance and we walked about 200 m to the hotel. We were greeted by Ming Xia. She gave us recommendations on what to see. She even arranged the Hanfu photo shoot which was excellent. The hotel is a small (about 9 rooms) but beautiful, spacious & clean. We tried the western & chinese breakfast. Both was very well presented and tasted great. The hotel is beautifuly located. Definitely recommend this hotel. Than you Ming Xia!

We got the courtyard with a private bath pool big enough to sit 8 adults comfortably.
This is one of the newer hotels inside the city.
It is a lot more modern than most other hostels in the city. The staff are also younger and energetic, and they provided great service.
I'd highly recommend this plance

We had a wonderful time at Pingyao Cheng‘s courtyard. The hotel is very modern, quiet and clean. The owners of the hotel are very nice, friendly and helpful people. They picked us up at the station and gave us a lot of recommendations about what to do in Pingyao ( and the daughter speaks fluent English). Our room was very spacious and comfortable. If we return to Pingyao we will stay here again! This is really a magic place!

这应该是平遥最好的民宿了吧，本来没机会住，运气比较好偶遇客人行程变化才预订上了，从我们入住当天因为早班车来得早还赠送了两份简餐非常暖心，这几天淅淅沥沥的雨能有口热乎汤真的很舒服，从接站到送站，从游玩路线到行程安排，无时无刻不在热情介绍和推荐，尤其是国庆期间不好打车去武宿机场，帮忙打听到了滴滴的站点巴士可以直达，才不到40元，就在老城北门的平遥客运站，步行过去也就十分钟，关键程家少奶奶和念念还踩着电瓶车把我们送了过去，也就住了一晚第一次有了被亲人接待的礼遇，像回自己家一样每一个人都很熟悉亲戚，老程家真是大气，装修气派，时尚新颖很有品味，乾净衞生住着很舒适，特别感谢老程家的上上下下，住这里安心放心舒心，下次错峯再来好好享受一下。
