服务：工作人员提前安排了停车场到酒店的接送，全程给了很多出行建议服务很周到
环境&设施：摆渡车停在南门入口步行几分钟就到了，离县衙很近很方便，四合院乾净整洁，晚上点了灯笼非常有氛围感，一家三口定的暖炕，非常宽松，房间内有地暖，睡的很好
衞生&早餐：早餐自助+套餐很丰富，衞生条件也不错，是值得推荐的酒店

马年新春，选择入住平遥西河书院公馆的豪华暖炕房，体验远超预期，堪称完美！客栈位置优越离景点很近，还有宽敞明亮的房间，古朴典雅的装饰，尤其是那张3米长的超大床，一家四口睡上去宽敞舒适，缓解了旅途的疲惫。更值得夸赞的是客栈的老板娘和工作人员，热情周到，提前安排接送车服务，早餐也给免费升级成四位。老板娘还详细介绍了古城攻略，古城里的热门饭店也有合作优惠，退房时还准备了伴手礼，真的像家人一样亲切。这次马年新春之旅格外温暖难忘，强烈推荐大家选择这家，五星好评！

酒店位置很好，平遥建筑美学的典范，对比多家，还是觉得这家最好。院子闹中取静，拍照出片。
还有只很乖巧的猫咪，孩子喜欢的不得了，房间大炕深得我心，我们三大一小都很宽裕。
服务方面:很热情，有求必应。
总之，第一次来平遥，这家酒店选的非常完美。

Conveniently located about 100m from the main street in the ancient city and the South gate tower. The room was beautifully appointed in a traditional manner with lovely Chinese objet d’art, and matched their online pictures. We were picked up and dropped off from the train station, and our daily breakfast bento box was interesting, generous and delicious. There was also wontons or noodles, coffee, juice and yoghurt. The staff looked after us well.

房间古色古香，藏品值得欣赏。服务非常贴心，接送安排很周到，早餐太丰盛了，九个小蝶加小米粥、小馄饨、小肉丸子汤，不仅味道很山西我们喜欢，而且，精致的摆盘，颇有宫廷御膳风范。西河书院公馆的服务团队小哥小妹们有心了！非常感谢！我们会推荐朋友们过来度假体验。

The hotel was amazing — they were extremely kind and even picked us up at the train station free of charge. It was raining, and they brought three umbrellas for us.
The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very comfortable, with a living area, a Japanese toilet, and electric curtains.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We’ll definitely be back!

The hotel was located within the old city walls and was beautifully restored. The room was elegant, large, and included lots of the historical charm of the old city. The staff were very kind even though we did not speak Mandarin - we felt welcome and well taken care of. The breakfast each morning was delicious and included samples of local Pingyao specialties.

酒店就在古城里面，一下高铁老板开车来接的，很方便。酒店总共有16间房，老板给我们升级了，整体感觉很好，古色古香的装修，房间里很干净，小院很安静，早餐也不错，无论是酒店店员还是古城的人都感受到了热情。很好的一次体验，要了老板微信，带我爸妈去再定这家酒店
