Location great. Beds comfortable. Very clean. Extremely helpful staff. Beware the reception check-in is on the opposite side of the street to the hotel. I didn’t eat the breakfast though.

The hotel is at a good location, staff is friendly, room is clean and cosy.
The hotel provide pick-up service from the train station, 2 ways, just need to let them know earlier so they can arrange.

We spent a wonderful night at Yunjincheng for our honey moon, the hotel is perfectly located in the Main Street, but very calm.
The team was nice and helpful, especially Juaner. The suite was comfortable and well decorated.
Great breakfast too!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The hotel is constituted with two glorious classical residences from Ming/Qing Dynasties, with rich and gorgeous original architectural details to wow any visitor. The front desk manager, Ms. Ah Fen was very kind and helpful. My host and contact, Miss Juan Er, was brilliant at all front, and also an extremely impressive tour guide on the history and trivials of the houses and their original occupiants.

One of the best stay experience in China.
The location is at the center of the old City. Close to many tourist attractions and the busy south street.
The hotel rooms are just IN the traditional Shanxi luxury mansion. Very unique experience.
But what makes the stay one of the best is the butler service. From the pre-arrival arrangement, post-arrival introduction of the old house, to the patient and warm service to our inquiries and requests, Juan’Er makes the stay really enjoyable.
