我们夫妻两人非常满意这次的住宿，地点好，早餐好、住宿好，前台服务非常好。我在这里要特别赞扬前台服务员王蔚女士，第一个晚上她为我解决滴滴出车的问题、第二个晚上，她又为我在平台上解决退房的问题，她的耐心、友善的态度，超乎我的想像。另外的前台服务员商女士，亦是非常好，整体来说，每个服务员都非常好。早餐品类多，超好食，厨师还教我如何做莲藕冷盆。这次住宿的经验，我一定会分享和介绍我的朋友。衷心感谢您们！

火车站附近最便利快捷最好的酒店，赵远方，兰兰 小王等美女，还有一个个子很高皮肤白净的帅哥服务都特别到位和热情，而且让我们惊艳的是早餐绝佳，比后面住的大几千一晚的酒店都好吃太多太多！性价比之王，青岛火车站附近最优选择！

酒店配套设施不错位置不错，出门右手边就是公交车站，26路观城路站。去栈桥很方便。自助早餐不错。甜沫挺好吃。整体服务都很热情。有问题能及时解决。设施只给4分。刚入住的房间空调不制冷，幸好服务人员及时更换了房间。今天早上起来的时候，房间那个空调显示E5, 不制冷。不到12点退房时间，房卡就刷不了。希望酒店的管理层能够重视一下硬件，免得让工作人员为难。
关于住客评论区吐槽的空调问题，空调确实对着床，但不是对着床正中央。只靠床的一侧。晚上睡觉，温度打高一点，风速调最小，问题不大。

第一次自己独自旅行来青岛玩，选择了这家酒店，酒店位置很便利，离青岛站很近，离栈桥景点也很近，前台姐姐小瑞服务态度真的很不错，有需求都能得到很好的解决，表扬表扬??酒店不论是环境衞生，还是隔音效果，都很不错??酒店安保也很棒，推荐！小瑞姐姐给的旅游建议也很奈斯！强烈推荐！

Room too small but the hotel very well located to the Railway Station, maybe best choice arround but there is nothing else, even to eat and the hotel also do not have even restaurant or room service.

This is the most reasonable place to stay in Qingdao for quick business trip. Very nice staff and always impressed whenever I return. Guo Huan is excellent manager and I always come back here because I know I’ll have comfortable stay for great price!

It’s not a bad hotel, but like a lot of hotels in the Accor franchise in China, lots of room for improvement.
Positives:-
Fairly varied western offering for breakfast
Staff could be very helpful at times
Comfy beds and room amenities
Great daily housekeeping
Negatives:
No English speaking staff at all or WeChat service
Shower rain shower function didn’t work
Hotel is surrounded and hemmed in by residential buildings so not enough natural light and the only view is other buildings directly opposite
Cheap, dysfunctional coffee machine at breakfast
Trip did not notify the hotel that my breakfast was included
First conversation at check-in is “your passport” - could be more welcoming
