看是五星，订的这家。
前台入住的时候特意问了能不能喊外卖，被告知会有机器人送上来。
退房前点了两单外卖，其中有一单外卖给我打过电话了但一直没送上来，我还给前台打过电话説是帮我查，一直到退房都没信。
退房后我询问此事并提出索赔，前台的处理方式让我不满意，经过我和快递员沟通以及他和快递员沟通，他一直在问我是不是我电话没填对房间号没填对，一直暗示我是不是因为我的原因导致没收到外卖。后来又开始找快递员的原因説快递员没给我发照片。一直在跟我説过程，但不跟我説结果。只字不提到底是让我找外卖员赔还是找酒店赔或者是我自己没看见。
衞生方面，浴缸表面有一层油腻物，没刷乾净。
服务设施比较老旧，但地理位置还是可以的。

酒店非常漂亮，大厅富丽堂皇，房间也挺大很乾净，表扬图一名字的前台帅哥免费给我们升级了海景房，酒店门口就是海边，出去玩很方便，四周也很方便，罗森，走两步就有小吃一条街，挨着还有海鲜一条街，有家兰州拉麪海鲜烧烤餐馆卖海鲜超级实惠，比别家都便宜好多，分量很大，味道还好，酒店应有尽有，门口走两步晚上还有沙滩趴，唯一两点不太好的，第一，早餐説是暑期10点结束，结果我们9点出头下去就好多都没啥东西了，也不补餐，蛋糕饮料都是，堂堂一个五星级提前那么早不补餐让人体验很不好，第二就是白天下雨，只能室内玩，结果小童泳池设备维修，用不了，还説第二天也用不了，让孩子们很扫兴，希望改进

A true 5 Star experience. The room is top notch with a large window overlooking the sea. Service is outstanding in all categories. Breakfast is full and rich. The hotel dinner buffet is so extraordinary that I say you must try it at least once! We were amazed at the variety of dishes and the quality. Hotel location is perfect. Just a few minutes walk and you can have your feet in the sand or water. The Qinhuang Alley Food Street is also within walking distance or very short cab ride. This food street is very lively and fun to visit especially in the evening. Two other recommendations for things to do are Lao Long Tou (Old Dragon Head) which you can get to by cab. And if you are a fan of the Olympics you really should visit Olympic Avenue Park. Amazing relief sculpture wall over 300 meters long portraying Olympic history. Must be seen to be believed. Thank you to all the friendly and professional staff and chefs at Grand Hotel Qinhuang for making our 4 night stay so enjoyable. Qinhuangdao is a wonderful city with so many different things to do and experience we hope we can return again.

Nice hotel, very close to the ??? beach, love the breakfast and variety of food. Room cleaning was average but still the view and location is great ?? swimming pool is good, laundry is convenient. Stayed there three nights , very much satisfied. We changed the dates of our stay for two times , satisfied with the service .

Good hotel! Comfy bed and very spacious room, with a great view. The breakfast was very good as well and the restaurant on the second floor was also great. The only complaint I have is the sink smells and makes the room smell bad. Best to keep the sinks plugged.

The hotel is very conveniently located to the beach and still close the city. Lao Long Tou was a 30 minute taxi ride. Whilst the restaurant is tasty, it caters for Chinese and western cuisine is limited. Not a problem if you enjoy Chinese cuisine :)
