房间衞生乾净的，前台Man Nancy 服务好，热情洋溢，礼貌问候，房间窗户也挺大的，房间内没有异味。早餐丰盛，地理位置也挺好的，非常推荐入住。

一进房间一股霉味，真的太难闻了，一晚上睡觉都是霉味，被子太潮湿了，睡的太难受了！不推荐不推荐不推荐！！！全海南酒店住下来这家希尔顿欢朋最差！！！！服务也很一般……没有其他同星级的服务好

酒店开业几年了，房间设施还是那么新，説明平时维护不错，环境安静宽敞，停车方便，早餐很丰盛，前台接待礼貌热情，服务很好，衞浴乾湿分离，有冰箱，洗手枱放纸巾和小垃圾盒很实用。
建议浴室增加伸缩架衣杆子，配备小袋洗衣液。比较遗憾的是住过两个地方的欢鹏都没有阳台??

酒店离琼海站很近，交通十分方便。酒店人员服务非常好，前台小姐姐很热情，主动帮我们升级了房间服务态度特别棒，房间衞生很乾净，免费停车，进出十分方便，有洗衣房健身房，早餐美味，整体十分舒适！下次来琼海还会入住

This is my 2nd stay at Hampton Qionghai.
Service at reception is amazing and professional. Special shout-out to Nancy who is ever so polite and helpful for both trips.
Nancy could recognize my family even though the previous stay was 6 months ago and we only stayed 1 night then. Greeted us with a lovely and welcoming smile as we check-in for a 2nd stay in Apr 2025.
This time we booked for 3 nights and the service continued to be amazing.

The room is big and comfy. Breakfast spread consist of both western and chinese daily. Wouldnt say it is fantastic compared to those bigger established hotel, still acceptable.

There is nothing much within the hotel location. Need to take a short taxi ride to Jia Ji Zhen. Check in and out is very efficient. The room is huge and clean. However, the sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good. As we are lazy to go out for dinner, the reception staff helped us to order food online. We would like to thank Mr Wang (王先生） for going the extra mile for helping us. The hotel may consider having vending machines i.e. drinks, snack and foods for the guest convenience. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

I am from Singapore and I was there with my handicapped mother for the first time. The service in this hotel is very good! They turned up very fast whenever we asked for housekeeping service. The rooms are big, bed is very comfortable and very clean as well!
We booked the family suite (vedu room) and it’s the only one in the hotel located on the second floor. It has laundromat(free) and gym on the same floor which is very very convenient for us. Just get out of the room and we could easily do our laundry. Best thing is they also provide laundry detergent (free).
We booked the rooms that come with free breakfast. It’s serves local Hainan cuisine and usually western bakeries, toast / bread and salad. It has espresso coffee machine, fruit juices machine, hot milk, hot soy milk and tea.
Wide spread of breakfast!
I highly recommend to stay at this hotel if you are planning to visit Hainan, Qionghai.
