  I selected twin-bed but I did not expected that beds would be merely 120cm width. This is very narrow for two adults as the other bed was occupied by our 16-year old daughter.

  This is a upscale hotel locally. Fancy decorations. Close to the the tourist sights and shopping plaza. You can eat in the hotel or find restaurants around easily.

  Very nice Hotel, good breakfast, great facilities and location. What might be useful is to increase language training so that international tourists (still scarce) can more easily interact with the very friendly staff.

  One of the beset Shangri-la stays in a long while. The service of the staff was top-notch from the start. They were ethusiastic and welcoming. They would go above and beyond to get things done and were friendlly at all times. The best thing is they would figure things out ahead for you so you don't have to think. Truly impeccable service. The Chinese Restaurant is also superb — one of the best Chinese restaurants we've had, anywhere!
