酒店环境舒适、温馨，酒店房间楼下就是餐厅、泳池，餐厅时间超级人性，7:00—11:00可以睡到自然醒，因为是带小朋友订的是亲子主题房间，大堂三楼有游乐园、宝贝特别喜欢，玩了一天没有尽兴，说是下次还要来这个酒店

环境：风幽美，酒店的风雨连廊极有特色，鸡蛋花三角梅相映成趣，房间空间很大，美中不足就是稍有霉味。
设施：设施齐全，酒店内部有超大泳池，离海边、夜市仅步行距离，十分方便
服务：小马服务周到细致，笑容亲切暖心，无论行李搬运还是问询解答都让人倍感温暖。他专业高效的工作态度深受宾客称赞，堪称礼宾部的标杆人物！

Location is very good: restaurants and shops are very close. Beach is 10 minutes away from townhouse.

I initially booked a room at the Grand Mercure. Upon arrival, I was disappointed as the room felt outdated and not as clean as expected. I immediately informed the reception, and they kindly moved me to the Swiss?tel within the same complex.
The difference was remarkable: the new room was more spacious, modern, and aligned with 5-star standards.
Overall, the hotel offers good value for money considering the facilities and location. The beach is only a few steps away, and guests have access to a pleasant beach club, which is a real plus.
That said, there are still areas for improvement:
? There is no real bar, and dining options are limited. Breakfast is acceptable but does not fully meet Accor’s 5-star expectations. Dinner mainly consists of buffet options, which are average and overpriced.
? No room service is available.
? Sometimes there are not enough sunbeds, and you may have to wait for a towel.
? Housekeeping starts quite early (around 9:30), which may disturb late sleepers, while breakfast service closes at 11:00.
In summary, a comfortable stay with a great location and decent facilities, but with service and dining below what you’d expect from a 5-star Accor property.

??酒店皇家园林风格，灯光很漂亮，早餐很丰盛，自助餐也不错，拍片很出片的哦，喜欢拍照的很适合来住的，家人很喜欢，方便很多，性价比很高，下次带家人还会选择。房间很宽敞，瑞士比美爵要宽敞很多。

酒店位置绝佳，步行几分钟就是亚龙湾洁白的沙滩和碧蓝海水，真正的一线海景！客房宽敞舒适，阳台视野开阔，伴着咸鲜海风入睡太惬意。酒店本身就像个热带花园，绿植环绕，泳池也很棒。早餐种类丰富，味道在线。最值得称赞的是服务，从前台到餐厅再到保洁，每一位员工都热情专业，响应迅速，让人倍感贴心。无论是家庭度假还是情侣出游，这里都是亚龙湾的绝佳选择，强烈推荐！下次来三亚一定还会入住！

Check in and out at the Swissotel. Rely on buggy service to get to and from the Swissotel to the Grand Mercure. Has its own small swimming pool. Only five sun loungers for the entire resort which is unacceptable. Unless you seek quietness and the price is lower, you should just book the Swissotel as they share the same complex.

I stayed there only for one night with my aunt and her friends. We all enjoyed this trip, the service at the check-in counter was great. Thanks to Steve for his help at any time we need. However, I must say that the breakfast used to be better 3 years ago. Last time I came with my boyfriend during Covid times, it was less crowded and the food was better. It doesn’t spoil the overall impression though. Highly recommended ??????

Nice territory with a pool. Good combo lunch with seafood. But there was a bad smell in the room, and a furniture is a bit old. I had a benefit of late check out for two rooms but the hotel provided only for one, for another one they ask to pay! Not good experience
