因为主大楼冇房，所有俾咗遍远嘅房我，当晚我深夜返到酒店，花了二十几分钟去揾我间房，通道非黑，因为冇灯，所以不敢再向前行，走去接待处想揾接待员帮忙，但可惜当时嗰层楼全层都没有一个人可以问，最后我唯有去朋友嘅房住。
我真系好激气，俾左$2000，但系无住过，所以第二日我退房时间同接待员投诉，佢叫我等咗15分钟，之后同我讲，冇嘢可以帮到我，浪费咗我嘅时间，连一句对唔住都冇，感觉真系好差，我以后都唔会再去呢间酒店住。

Great stay! Loved the pool and pool menu, amazing show from the pool deck too.
Food was great!
Really close to the beach, waterfalls and botanical gardens.
Great views from the hotel.

Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast is super delicious! . The room was clean and big spaces.

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！
