First of all, the room they assigned to me as a “city view” was nothing more than a tiny, prison-like window just a few inches long looking out some old building. These rooms are not even shown on their website, and I felt deceived by their advertising.
While the room was clean, it was extremely stuffy. To make matters worse, the hotel stops operating the air conditioning from November onward, regardless of the outside temperature. This means that even if the weather is unseasonably warm, guests are left to suffer in discomfort.
I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it to anyone I care about.

It’s very convenient to Coex Center and to a bus station going to Incheon Airport. The beds were super comfortable, small room but had everything we needed. The breakfast was great! We had to pick the breakfast when we checked in, it was served quickly when we requested it in the morning.

酒店的服务态度除了打扫的阿姨非常nice，前台的人和电话里的都很差，态度冷漠。离店后回来取寄存的行李，拿取得过程中就冷脸待人，给到之后想要瓶水，前台直接用韩语说叫我们自己去买，我表示疑问？他用英语说了句 you can buy it ??我一整个气上心头。什么olive young特色产品也是没有得，根本无人提。酒店电话里的接待人员也是冷漠，讲完电话连礼貌用语都没有直接挂掉。不想自己被气死就不要订这里

Simple and convenient hotel. Very close to Coex mall. Towel was a bit old not much service but again, when you are not asking for four or five stars hotel service.
