pillows were too soft and one of the days the beds were not made. good location but not up to expectations for a 4 star hotel.

My experience with Shilla Stay Mapo was great! All the staff members that I encountered were very professional, friendly, and helpful. My room was tidy and had all the essential for my solo trip in Seoul. (and if you run out of some stuff, there’s a convenient store right next to the hotel. Like right next to it) Also, the location of the hotel was just perfect for a tourist like me since the metro station (Gongdeok) and bus stops were at less than 5 min walking distance :)

Decent room size but horrible sound proofing. Can literally hear what’s happening next door. Room was also dark and there’s no option to turn on/off certain lights. Ventilation was quite poor and aircon felt like it’s centralised despite adjusting. Situated a few mins away from Gongdeok station and there’s an airport limo bus across the road too. Lots of food options available nearby. Would come back as a budget conscious traveller.

Location is near subway station with direct line to Incheon airport, a short distance walk. There is 7-11 at below the hotel it is very convenient to grab food or drinks. However the room it is a bit cramped for 3 peoples.

Shilla Stay Mapo: Convenient Location but Lacking Hospitality
Shilla Stay Mapo boasts a prime location just steps away from Gongdeok Station (Line 5), making it a convenient base for exploring the city. With multiple 7-Eleven and CU convenience stores right beneath the hotel and a lively array of restaurants and entertainment spots nearby, the surrounding area is a definite highlight.
However, the experience is dampened by the less-than-friendly attitude of the hotel staff. From check-in to daily interactions, the lack of warmth or greetings left a disappointing impression, especially for tourists. The rooms are also quite small, which may not suit those looking for spacious accommodations.
While the convenience of the location is a strong point, the unfriendly service might make some guests think twice about returning.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are helpful. It locates next to the metro station with a 3 min walk. It is at a station on airport line.

Shilla Stay Mapo is strategically situated less than a 5-minute walk from Gongdeok Station / Mapo Station, providing easy access to public transportation. Its proximity to various restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores makes it an ideal choice for travelers looking to explore the local culinary scene. Additionally, popular attractions like Hongdae and Gyeongbokgung Palace are just a short drive away. 7-11 is just right next to hotel's 1/F back entrance, very convenient for emergency snack boost and water supply.
Cons will be: bed is a bit too soft, not suitable for everyone.

一般吧 位置还行 国内全季这种档次的 房间都不大 韩国酒店隔音应该都一般
