Had an okay stay at this hotel. Room was a bit small, especially if you have two large suitcases. We could still hear street noise at night even from the 17th floor, which made sleeping a little tough.
The location is close to Yeongdeungpo subway station but it’s still a distance from most popular spots (45 mins to Gangnam/ Seongsu, 30 mins to Myeongdong) convenient only if you’re working or staying nearby for a specific reason.
On the positive side, we received excellent service from Heather, who helped us a lot and truly made a difference during our stay.
Wouldn’t really recommend this hotel unless you need to be in the immediate area.

The hotel is comfortable and very clean. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free.
The concierge was incredibly kind, they helped store a large number of my packages (so sorry for the trouble!).
Customer service was great, always friendly and attentive.
The staff also speaks English well, so communication was easy throughout my stay.
Overall, I had a really pleasant experience here. Highly recommend! ???

我这是第一次遇见不允许自己调试空调的酒店，
携程写的中央空调，但是这个空调是由酒店控制，想给就给不想给就停，首尔晚上2℃左右，酒店和携程竟然两夜不给暖风。太可怕了。

挺好周边很方便，吃和玩逛都能在这周边解决.每次出差都住这里，周边吃饭的地方也很多，不用担心要找吃点，地铁站也很近，机场大巴也在附近上下车很方便.

酒店来回仁川机场很方便，6007大巴直达，楼下是永登浦火车站和一号线地铁，旁边有乐天百货商场，对面餐饮林立。就是楼下铁路噪音挺大的，如果睡眠质量不好的人审慎选择

酒店地点真是很方便，搭机场巴士6007就到门口，而回程的机场巴士亦只是往对面马路就可以。酒店卫生乾净打扫的姨姨亦十分好和有礼貌，唯一缺点酒店真的有点嘈，因为近车站。
由於我们选择高层和较静的房间，所以酒店安排给我们的房间洗手间是没有门的，如果可以高层静一些和洗手间有门就会好一点。
另外我们住的双人房真的太细了，我们二人两个26寸喼也不能同时打开，这一点真不方便，另外枕头舒适度亦不足因为太矮了虽然有两个，但是也是一样矮的，如用两个又太高，?所以如果有一高和一矮枕头就好了，希望酒店会有改善。

房间的衞生间和浴室共享一个门，也就是説一个人洗澡，另一个人上衞生间就得开着门上，感觉怪怪的。而且因为是共用的门，衞生间里的声音外边能听的一清二楚，非常尴尬。衞浴室的地很凉，也没有提供脚垫……
整个房间非常窄的感觉，没有行李箱能平着放还不妨碍通过的地方，最後只能放门口那一片才能摊开。
房间里唯一一个垃圾桶在衞生间，也就是説想扔垃圾得千里迢迢去衞生间一趟。
房间的灯的开关乱七八糟的，没有可以一键开灯和一键关灯的功能。
电视才搞笑，遥控器跟**了一样，没人碰它它自己把电视打开，一个小女生住还不吓死。
洗手池後边是推拉门，吊在顶上，下边悬空，所以有的时候会自己滑出去，就像忘记拉手刹的汽车。
空调系统极其迷惑，中央空调只能开关，不能调温度。自己调节只能通过打开一个装置引入室外空气。研究明白这个设定就花了一天时间。但是这个装置很吵。顺带一提，衞生间的排风扇无敌吵。
再説説用品，洗漱用品房间不提供也就算了，一楼也没有自取的地方，前台也并没有告知需要的话可以找他们要。衞生间里的洗发水真的非常垃圾，洗完之後头发非常毛躁，一言难尽。
最後是寄存行李和取行李，我存了三件，中间想取一件出来，工作人员竟然让我自己去取。行李区域也不是封闭的，也就是説谁都能去拿，丢了就真是算你倒霉。
通过携程预订的不能积累积分，只有通过官网的可以。呵呵。
综上所述，这个品质我只愿意出500块，收我900多简直是明抢，再也不会来了，再见

简直就是住过最差的酒店 首先九百多的酒店设施很差，拖鞋薄的都快破洞了 睡觉前发现床品上还有短头发 酒店旁边是动车 一直吵得睡不着 要矿泉水都不送 需要自己下去拿 韩国1000左右的酒店真的这麽差的吗

The hotel is in ok condition as it is relatively new, customer service barely speaks any english, the frontdesk male staff has this very rude attitude when I requested for early checkin, refusing to give us an earlier room. the hotel is FULLY BOOKED and you will be able to see many people checking in and out every morning. Rooms are very dusty and understaffed with the cleaning staff, left the room in the morning 9.00am and came back around 4.00pm and the room is still not freshen up, staff are stretched to the limit and no additional help for the staff. Horrible experience overall. the rooms are also super noisy from the trains passing by, do not book t his hotel if you want a quiet peaceful night's sleep
