大堂环境很好，但是房间两天都有很臭的地沟味道，很难闻，洗澡间漏水，差一点摔跟头，衞生还可以，味道实在太难闻了，两天薰的很恶心

Old hotel with aged facilities. Water from shower did not drained properly. Wall was dirty. Lamps were crooked. General lack of attention to details for a 5 star hotel. Price is only good value if if feels you ar wheeling more than what you paid which in this case it’s not. So I’d say price was fair.
Buffet was just ok. However smoked salmon felt it was
dyed because was in a pool of orange liquid.
Staff were responsive and friendly. Tried to address the issues so this is a good point.

This hotel has convenient transportation and newly renovated rooms. However, there are issues with insects in the rooms, such as fruit flies, house centipedes, drain flies, and mosquitoes. Even after changing to another room, the problem remained. It seems that the drainage system needs improvement.

Facility is disaster, bathroom and window blinds are not working properly.
Air conditioning is malfunction, staffs gave me a heater, and a cooling machine which is extremely noisy.
Will never consider this hotel again.
Does not worth it's booking price.

房间衞生不错，餐食不错，泳池、健身房挺好。酒店大堂看起来富丽堂皇，房间也挺华丽，但不能细看，细节处理的不到位，房间隔音很差，我这间房窗外是楼顶的空调风机，很吵，影响休息，图10是房间里的灯光开关，对着床，还有光，也影响休息，酒店设施值得一提的是房间、电梯的刷卡处设计了一个凸起，方便刷卡。总起来説，我在韩国住了9家酒店，这个房间是最差的。

酒店大堂富丽堂皇 适合圣诞主题
房间非常大 2个行李都可以平铺
酒店年数有点久 设施都老了 特别凳子一坐人都陷阱去 看的出衞生间重新翻新但浴室下水道 不通畅洗完澡整个衞生间 水漫金山了

设施：很老的酒店，内部翻新过，但是新装修很一般，乍一看还行，细节没法看，用料很便宜，不值这个价
衞生：衞生还凑合，因为有些餐具看到是脏的没洗好
环境：在江南区，很堵车，但地理位置去哪都很方便
服务：服务热情，退房十一点，延迟退房要多交30%费用

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！
