这次入住特别舒心，酒店环境安静不嘈杂，睡眠质量特别好。工作人员Maisie Aya lily态度都很友善，服务都很贴心，早餐品类丰富口感佳，整体体验感极佳，已经推荐给朋友了！

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad for our Shanghai trip! Luxurious furnishings, fantastic room view and very convenient location, right next to Nanjing Road and is very close to the Bund. Very worth the booking price point. Our cleaner paid such special attention to detail to the point they went above and beyond to wash the travel tea set we brought personally, on top of the spotless general cleaning. The staff were also very nice and friendly at all times. The swimming pool amenities are also lovely. The only thing is that ordering food deliveries is a bit inconvenient, as there’s only a small ******* locker outside of the side entrance of the hotel to store the deliveries. Overall, Conrad has left a very positive mark in our vacation, would highly recommend.

酒店位置很不错，去哪里都很近，特别是到人民广场，博物馆。另外交通特别便利无论是地铁，公交还是打车 都特别方便。来上海就选这家了。IVY,quain-g，Echo
