A very pleasant stay! We originally requested two connecting suites, but upon arrival, we were informed that none were available. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly, arranging two suites across the hall and even offering a complimentary upgrade. It truly showed their professionalism and care. My parents were very happy with the comfortable environment and enjoyed a relaxing and pleasant trip in Shanghai.
The facilities were also excellent — the 24-hour self-service laundry room and gym make it convenient for all kinds of travelers. Overall, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and we would definitely choose to stay here again.
非常满意的住宿体验！原本提前请求两间套房相连，但抵店时被告知没有相连房。前台同事非常热心贴心，尽力协调安排了斜对面的房间，并且提供了免费升级，让人感受到酒店的专业和诚意。这次带父母来上海，他们对住宿环境十分满意，旅途也过得轻松愉快。
酒店设施也非常贴心，24小时自助洗衣房和健身房能够满足不同旅客的需要，无论是长住还是短住都十分方便。整体服务周到细致，让人住得非常安心，也非常值得再访。

We decided to book this place during our recent trip to Shanghai. Location is good, as it is quite near metro train station and there is eateries nearby as well as supermarket and convenience stores.

Stayed 4 nights. Price of room is reasonable and it's spacious. All communication is via WeChat mini programme and response is immediate. Location is not in the prime area but subway is only 7 mins walk away. It's pretty convenient. Good stay.

Bitten by bed bugs resulting with few red rashes on my left leg the second day, informed front desk and they promptly clean the bed with uv ray equipment, all good after that. A cosy stay, decent breakfast spread, free laundry and well equipped gym. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Location is slightly far from attractions, but accessible through metro, the hotel is a 5-10 mins walk from nearby Wuning road metro station.

There are a lot of food places, especially near the hotel: a coffee shop, minimart, 24-hour beef noodle place, and two supermarkets I could see. The hotel is foreigner-friendly, and the staff are friendly. The room is a good size and had free English movies to watch. There was no smoke smell in the lobby or room, which is a plus here in Shanghai. In the room, there was a kitchenette, a medium-sized refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a laundry machine with laundry detergent. My only complaint is the smell from the laundry machine. While drying my clothes, there was a foul, old water smell from the machine. I was worried my clothes would smell, but they did not. Hubby thinks it might be coming from the vent from old water deposits, and that may be common for a washer and dryer in one unit.
