Good service from hotel and perfect location. Close to people's square MRT. Less than 5 mins walk. Rooms were clean and new. Laundry room was convenient but always full with people, especially at night. Be prepared to wait.

The hotel was easy enough to find for a hotel the has a reception on the 4th floor and no signage out front. The location is prime for access to the pedestrian road. Lots of sightseeing and shopping in this area. Short drive to all the key tourist hotspots. Beds were comfortable, staff were great to foreigners like us, breakfast was fine. The only thing of notes was we had no luck using the dryers and resorted to hanging out our clothes in our room. But this is a minor issue and may be operator error. We would stay at the Yitel premium again.

本来订了两天，发现除了地理位置优越外，房间也很舒服，服务很好，连瓶装水也有温和冰两种，细节做的好，贴心。所以又续订了一晚。下次来上海还住这儿。

Location is superb! It is surrounded by many eateries with 莱莱小笼 just behind the building. The Bund is just a 15 - 20 min walk away with plenty of shops along the way. Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street is only 5 min away on foot.

2nd time stay at this hotel and as always, it has clean & spacious room, just in the middle of Nanjing Lu Pedestrian Street so many shops, eatery & malls just outside the hotel. It has free washing machine & dryer to use. Easy to find many kinds of food around the hotel, mini supermarket just beside the hotel, friendly staffs and comfortable beds. Need to note that this hotel might has some few stairs to reach some rooms, so for elderly, make sure to inform them and request rooms to reach without stairs. Overall, a good and recommended hotel to stay in Shanghai.

I booked 2 rooms for my family at a very last minute before I depart. To my surprise, thos hotel stay is way above my expectation!
Very well recommended!!
Will definitely booked again when we visit Shanghai again.

The location is fantastic!! Cannot beat this location right on nanjing road. Popular eats such as lailai xlb 2 mins walk away. One consideration tho, for people with accessibility challenges the set up of this hotel is a bit strange. Within the same floor, somehow it’s separated into two levels. You need to climb up a narrow staircase to get up to your room for some rooms. This was a bit challenging with the suitcases. Other than that, can’t complain with this location.
