Right close to Yu Garden, perfect location, very good breakfast, very nice personnel. The only thing I would improve is the third bed as I was traveling with my parents and got to sleep on a very hard sofa bed.

非常好 酒店位置、服务很好
新装修房间非常好
?现在冬天不能开冷气，不过房间不会太焗

一，酒店地理位置绝佳，紧邻豫园和外滩，步行即可到达。交通便利，附近就是豫园地铁站和公交车站。周围餐饮选择丰富，楼下即有便利店和多家餐厅，非常适合游客出行。
二，酒店工作人员热情友好，积极解决客人问题。印象深刻的是（小杰）态度亲切，高效专业，整体服务体验令人满意。
三，房间设施齐全，装修现代，乾净整洁，衞生状况良好。

A truly satisfying stay! Special thanks to *Ms. Long Huihui* at the front desk — she was extremely professional and thoughtful. After understanding our needs, she specially arranged a room with a window that can be opened, which was important to us as most hotels use centralized air-conditioning during winter. She even gave us a room tour to ensure we were happy before checking in, which made our 3D2N stay very comfortable and assured.
Another great point — the hotel offers *free laundry and drying service*, which is super convenient for travelers like us!
For sure, on my next trip to China, *Huazhu Hotels* will definitely be my top choice. Thanks again to the Orange Crystal Hotel Bund Yuyuan team for their wonderful service!
非常满意的一次入住体验！特别感谢前台的*龙慧慧小姐*，她非常专业又贴心，详细了解我们需求后，特地为我们安排了有窗且可以开启的房间——因为冬天大多数酒店是中央空调，房间通风对我们来说非常重要。她还特别带我们参观房间，确保我们满意后才安排入住，让我们3天2夜的行程非常安心。
另外一个加分点是酒店提供*免费洗衣和烘干服务*，对旅途中的我们非常方便！

Genuinely a good hotel to stay at in Shanghai. It's near Yu Yuan, relatively close to the Bund and the other key attractions. The staff were all very helpful (such as collecting our online purchases and providing extra amenities as required and helping us call for a driver). Even the housekeeping staff seem to enjoy talking and meeting guests. We got upgraded for free and had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
