周边很方便，离上海站很近。酒店晚上比较安静，床品也比较舒服。住店好多老外，房间装修比较老了，不过感觉还是比较环保。走廊地毯太旧了。

带小孩来住的，看酒店外观还是挺大气，大堂也布置得不错。结果住进来真是让人大跌眼镜了，酒店里麪房间特别狭小，很压抑，而且我刚进屋就一股浓烈的烟味（虽然房间里写着禁止吸烟），后来让换个房间，结果空调坏了，通风也特别差，大冬天的把我们热得要命，空调关了后温度也降不下来！一晚上温度都在28度！小孩子直接热感冒了，一晚上没怎么睡好！！！
这家酒店，我住的两个房间电话都是坏的，我只能从携程上打电话给前台！！！房间门后面都没有固定器！！！通风特别特别差！！！在高架桥桥边，噪音大得要命！！！

Decent rooms newt and clean, though s
ome welcome fruit was missing and some coffee but overall good location near train station and the exit entry to train station need to be improved especially people with luggage, so need to open hotel another entry convenient to train station

What a terrible hotel. If Radisson thinks this hotel represents their brand both of Park Inn and/or Radisson, then avoid the brand entirely. The hotel is really dated but that is not the problem. The real problem is the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. It is dirty, it has mold in the bathroom, the single sofa in the room was so dirty and the general feel is like there is no attention to maintenance of the rooms whatsoever..
Location is good for the area since it is walking distance from the metro line and the Shanghai Railway Station (South Entrance). I would not recomend this hotel and I will never stay again here. One night was too much already. Check the pictures I uploaded and judge by yourselves...

清洁整齐，这是硬件、也是我的第一印象。其实是地理位置优越，地铁和高铁进出尤为方便，没有质疑绝对的赞??

房间比较老了，但是离火车站地铁都很近，步行可达，衞生还算乾净，可是水壶怎么是塑料的呢，

房间还行，位子很好，里面家俱有点陈旧，没有赠送饮料和水果，其他都还不错，早餐品种也比较多，西式中式的都有，可以供选择，房间也宽敞，带浴缸。

地理位置不错，房间设施是我有生之年住过最老旧的，整个酒店也像是老酒店改了个名字而已，不像是丽柏酒店该有的样子，设施真的好换了

衞生：太差劲了一掀开被子就看见一根毛，严重怀疑到底有没有一客一换，太恶心了??
环境：房间很小，一进去就有股怪味，空调没有暖气，但是不开空调怪味就持续不散。
服务：没有一个人可以帮忙拿点行李，保安还説不能把行李放门口，我请问呢那一次搬不完不放原地要放哪里呢？行李都搬一半了想让前台帮个忙才説旁边有行李车，真是谢谢了。
