房间特别闷热热到睡不着，两个人睡眠质量都特别差。只能开窗通风，但是一开着外面又特别吵。窗帘也是非常透光的，对夜猫子极其不友好。整个酒店设施及其老，留了打扫纸条也是没打扫的晚上要叫人来打扫。最后给的处理办法就是加微信説下次给我安排不热的房间，逆天公关。最后我没找他们要微信他们也不来找我。不会再来住这个酒店。

房间还可以，酒店挺大乾净，档次也蛮高的方便停车?，周边设施也全吃饭方便，对于要求安静的人羣来説很不错，

酒店位置绝了，出门就是商圈和地铁站，出行超方便。客房设施齐全，智能马桶和投屏太加分，隔音效果也很好。服务人员小潘和小于态度亲和，入住全程舒心，必须五星好评！

本次入住体验感挺好，感谢当日值班经理Maggie在这之中所做的努力和协调。让我喝我的太太在入住期间感受到了些许温暖，虽然是一家开了16年的老店，但是服务质量上依旧很好，值得肯定！

这是第二次出差住在西郊假日酒店了，感觉非常好，周边吃的喝的都挺方便的，并且离着机场和高铁站都很近，下次来上海出差，继续入住！

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt the need to write this one.
I would highly recommend this hotel. Upon arrival, I was served by James at the front desk. He could speak English, which was very helpful- he put me on a high floor and even gave me free breakfast. They also let me check in early, which I didn’t expect; I thought I'd have to wait in the lobby, but my room was issued immediately upon arrival.
He mentioned the 10th floor was renovated last year, and it makes sense because as soon as I stepped into the room, it felt new and spotless. The high ceilings really elevated the space, and the bathroom was clean.
I’ve stayed at other chains, but staying at IHG just hits different. The furnishings felt luxurious instead of somewhat cheap which I felt in some other Chinese chains. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

环境：位置有些偏远但是打车很方便，也可以到2号线起点站

这次入住体验超棒！酒店位置便利，步行几分钟就到地铁站，出行超方便～房间乾净整洁无异味，床品柔软舒服，睡得很香甜。工作人员小潘态度热情，有问必答还主动帮忙提行李，服务超贴心。早餐种类丰富，味道也不错，性价比很高，下次来还选这家！
