We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Location is good, close to Metro station, about 3 minutes walk. There are lots of places to eat close by, within a few minutes walking distance. The hotel room is surprisingly large, has cooking facilities and washer/dryer. The room is clean

Room was good, ample sized, clean and fairly modern, and the location was great, just by the railway station. However the breakfast was terrible. The croissants were cardboard, the bacon was not fried, the sausages were cold, the apple juice was a cheap substitute. Also, the dining room had two sections, but for some reason one section had its lights off, so felt gloomy for anyone seeing it. Some guests went to sit in it because the main section got busy so the lights were turned on, but as soon as they left, the lights were turned off again! So for a sake of a few pennies everyone has to endure a sad and gloomy room.

It was my second time staying here. Everything was perfect. A nearby halal restaurant, near to metro station, and proximity to tourist attractions make this hotel a go to choice for me whenever I plan to come to Shanghai.

I don’t suggest this hotel unless you desperately need a hotel with a kitchen. The service was not very friendly and the TVs are very old. The place did not feel very clean either. The beds were also very uncomfortable. The plus sides are that not anyone can use the elevators so it is safe. Your key card takes you to the exact floor of your room and nowhere else. The lotion in the bathroom smells nice. But for the money you spend, it is not worth it.

这个酒店大堂有点小，和宣传图片的感觉不太一致，绝不象四星级。服务人员的服务不热情，从办理入住起，前台二名服务人员均未主动打招呼，也未讲欢迎您入住之类的话。离店时仅讲了二个字 再见，没有任何其他语言，感觉这个酒店在服务上绝对欠缺全员培训，让服务员送过拖鞋，我对服务员讲谢谢，回答是：好的。这个酒店的服务在我入住过的上海酒店里是最差的。説实话，也就三星级水准。至于房间设施，应该也有一些年头了，不很新也不算旧，中规中距。

亲子房超赞超值????????????周围出行方便，早饭也很多，想吃上海特色早点可以不订早餐。离上海站步行不到一刻钟，方便。

很差 服务差 完全不像一个四星级酒店 根本不配叫酒店 最多就是“旅社” 完全没有服务意识
可能里面保洁阿姨还相对客气点…
早餐没了不会补 本来也没几个 説是承包的 垃圾的要命

酒店位置不错，方便搭乘地铁。我住在8楼有蚊子吵和咬，窗户没有纱窗，也没有配备驱蚊器，是看到打不到。我预订这酒店是从图片上的设施有厨房，冰箱可以熬点粥来弥补一下当地食物不适应。但是却没有配备任何相应锅碗器具。向酒店借了锅，大姐认为是十几年了，锅已经烧的低不平了。这里向酒店説明，不是锅不行，而是这锅不适用电磁炉，是夹层低，冷却后几乎是平低，一旦放到电磁炉上，锅底一热就往上浮，由于地球引力不能腾空，所以就成了尖低锅，只有少于一个平方厘米的面积可以受热。连方便麪都煮不了，只能泡，不过熬粥可以。
