We stayed here for 4 nights, and I really enjoyed our stay. We stayed in room 1213, the room was modern, clean and tidy. You get complimentary refreshments in the mini fridge. There is a neat bar in the lounge on the ground floor. They serve cocktails, beers and soft drinks. The prices are unbelievably cheap. 20-30rmb for cocktails, 20rmb for a bottle of quality Belgium beer. Pretty awesome!
Each and every one of the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped collect the numerous parcels I got delivered to the hotel, and even helped me to change the delivery address on the Taobao app when I had accidentally got the goods ordered to the wrong address. I thought I’d left a sweater in the room after checking out, so called them to enquire. I spoke to a lady called 帅帅, although they never found my sweater (as it was actually tucked away in my boyfriend’s suitcase) she demonstrated to be very eager to assist and got the cleaner to check the room thoroughly.
Only downside about this hotel is that there weren’t enough washing machines and dryers for the number of guests, so it was very difficult to use the laundry facilities. I had to queue up all night till about 3am to wash and dry my clothes. This wasn’t an issue at the other UrCove we had stayed in before, in Xi’an.
Anyhow, we’d happily stay at UrCove Shanghai again.

房间很乾净，选了面对高架桥的一侧有飘窗采光很好，面对高架桥但出乎意料的非常安静，隔音效果很好晚上睡得很不错??小助手小小面对问题也响应及时，可以投屏看电影非常喜欢～

经常住逸菲，感觉挺好的，各方面都很好，很乾净很舒服。还给升级了房型，很舒适。
衞生：每次住都觉得很乾净，没出过什麽问题
设施：感觉很新

首先，酒店地理位置好，过马路就是合生滙，其次，酒店乾净衞生，设施新，智能化，智能机器人送水，很可爱！性价比超高！最赞的就是服务，给我免费升级了行政房，中间特别是帅帅服务很好！！以後还来住！！

房间安静舒适，对面合生滙购物中心，吃饭很方便，酒店停车场停车??很方便。这次入住，前台美女LEE和她同事Eric还帮升级至行政大床房??服务一如既往的贴心，还有二位餐厅大叔，我把车钥匙丢早餐餐厅，他们联系到前台，亲自将车钥匙送到停车场给我，感谢??。国庆长假中感恩这些服务行业的辛勤工作者们???????！（咖啡杯有点大，打胶囊咖啡不太方便??希望有改善，纯属个人建议）

房间宽敞舒适，墙上还有简笔画，每一间都配备了高品质的床品和现代化的设施，缓解了我一天旅途中的疲惫，酒店的餐厅提供各种美食选择，无论是中式还是西式美食，都能在这里找到适合自己的口味。
酒店的工作人员sunny还有Eric热情友好，专业周到，还给我赠送了两张咖啡券，可以免费兑换两杯咖啡，给人一种家的温暖[爱心]非常适合和朋友休闲度假第一选择

Conveniently located nearby a huge shopping mall, just a mere 10mins walk away, where you can find lots of restaurants. Hotel staffs are super friendly and always ready to help, serves Peets coffee at a bar next to the concierge. The room is clean and high tech, just order your extra toiletries, water, etc. from the Pad next to the bed, a robo transporter will send it to your room. There’s also a free laundry (wash/dry) room next to the gym, pretty convenient l for a long stay.
