I had a generally good stay at Mia Hotel. Good service and staff. If you have chance to stay and your sleep is very light don’t get a room close to the elevator – the aisle is very narrow and you can hear easily people chatting when they get in and off. The place overall is a nice, the neighbour is great and you can’t find probably such a place like this one in the area.

酒店位於陕西南路上面，出行便利。步行10-15分钟就能到达淮海路商圈，外出购物超级方便！入住期间前台工作人员服务都很热情，乐於提供各种帮助，酒店整体环境也很赞，有独特的设计风格，房间内乾净整洁，设施设备一流，洗护用品也很高级，还配备戴森吹风机和智能马桶，有机会还会再次选择入住！祝?酒店生意兴隆。

台风天文化广场看音乐剧，怕车难叫回不去，临时定了酒店。还是挺惊喜的，虽然定的房间特别小，但非常有设计感，布局合理，功能齐全，设施也都很新。服务特别好，加被子第一时间送来；叫的外卖还有可爱的机器人送上来，很好玩。

每次选酒店都会对比好多家，最终根据才决定宓亚，走到大堂办理入住很快进入房间看到设施齐全，品质不错，小套房采光也特别好，刚开始真的很满意。
但是我不会选择再来了，因为服务真的太差了，从门口的年轻保安，每次就坐在那里，第一天晚上台风雨非常大，手里拿着行李箱，也不会帮着开门。保洁打扫後除了浴巾换了，所有的东西都没有补全，洗漱用品全部都要打电话要，那天晚上值班的男前台，态度真的相当让人不满意，因为4-5样东西，又问没补嘛，又要重复几遍才能记住，然後一个保洁大姐送过来，还是没拿全，上来就那个不能给前台没跟你説吗，我説浴缸套也不行，看我的态度严肃了一些，又説可以可以，又来一趟，这个服务实在是相比同价位酒店实在是差的离谱，感觉不是专业的人在做这件事，整个服务让我觉得沟通成本太高，心很累。
离开的时候前台那个小姐姐比较热情，问了体验和也希望能获得一个好评，我觉得硬件实力真的还不错，不过如果想真的获得好评，服务必须提升专业度才行。

Great hotel and great location, not perfect this time since had to wait 2 hours for the room to be ready since some people check out later, understandable is sold out because is god, would be great to have unisex amenities.

This place was very clean and the staff were friendly. I would say it's good if you just need a place to sleep. The public area is nice for reading and having a coffee.

Enjoyed my stay here very much. The location is very nice and about 20 minutes walk from South Sha'anxi Road metro station. Very bustling area with lots of interesting shops and large malls nearby. Room was a bit small but had everything I needed and was clean with a comfortable shower and bathroom. Staff was very nice and helpful, and could also speak some English. Overall enjoyed my stay and worth the price, and I'd stay here again next time! Thanks!!
