Overall very good experience, airport transfer, always friendly and helpful staff, very flexible with check in and check out times. All clean, just some maintenance needed at some area, as terrace e.g.

酒店很漂亮，看得出来花了很多心思。我是赶飞机带猫入住的，酒店宠物友好，前台和早餐工作人员非常友好，下次再带猫赶飞机肯定会选这家的。

住了两晚，下单时选择错了，选成了一天大床房，一天双床房，入住时统一办理大床房，因为是第二天接机，提前一天来就选择到徐家汇源等地游玩，从这里去有点远，如果是为了去机场选择这里还可以。

We stayed in the duck theme room, it was pretty good except that the drive in to the hotel was through the basement carpark then take a lift up to lobby (which we found it quite scary as we arrived quite late at night with young kids) but thankfully the didi driver communicated with the receptionist. Apart from that the place was great with airport transfer which was much needed!

早餐也好吃，阿姨特别热情，看我去晚了，又重新给我煎了鸡蛋，做了小馄饨
太有爱了！

We booked this place for its relative proximity to Disneyland and airport, compared with if u booked a hotel in the heart of the city or near the Bund.
We liked the place, very clean room, nice breakfast, comfortable beds, laundry room available, and very friendly staff. The owner is also very friendly. They helped to book a 6 seater car for my family of 5 to the airport for free! (Normally cost rmb100)

So great! So clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The front desk staff in the evening and morning were so nice and helpful. Nice breakfast. Good selection of nearby restaurants and a supermarket. Would stay again!
