有免费的班车接送，酒店的司机和安保人员也很好，上下车的时候都帮忙搬行李，还有前台的服务生态度超好诶，我还没有进门就大老远听到了服务生的好大一声您好，哈哈??，人走到前台的时候也一直在説您好下午好，到前台的时候安保小夥还给我倒了一杯茶，进房间以後还有免费的小饼乾和牛奶喝！而且第二天早上退房的时候还赠送简餐！真的超惊喜的！????，下次来上海还要来这家酒店住！????

因为要赶早班机就选择了这家酒店 第一次住体验感很好 早上还有免费的早餐 工作人员很热情还告诉我们附近那里可以玩 很好??下一次还选择 附近有一家小厨可以吃东西 800-900米左右有一个广场有很多吃的 在浦东机场附近 已经挺好的了

在各地出差住过维也纳，但是上海的第一次住。
感受非常好。
首先，还没到上海，就收到了酒店发来的短讯，告知如何乘坐酒店班车，时间，联系方式等等非常详细。让人很安心。
在浦东机场班车等候处，司机还会跟你确认是不是他家的，因为司机説有好几个维也纳酒店，以防乘客坐错车。
从机场到酒店30分钟以内就到。
其次，酒店装修非常高档。大堂是金碧辉煌。房间也很大，晚上入住还送了饼乾牛奶。
不过吹风机是安装在墙上的那种，还有我的房间淋浴房的水下去有点慢之外，其他都是很好的。
再次，包括班车司机，前台员工都很热情，耐心。
预约了早上9点的班车，提前还会给房间打电话，提醒我们要提前10分钟下去等车。
这次就是转机，所以也没有仔细看看酒店。
总体很满意。酒店周边有全季，桔子都在一块，但是我下次还想住这家。

Hotel a bit far from Pudong airport, room very noisy, regular truck sound from window till midnight. Hotel provided transportation services from/to airport and metro. Mattress and pillows very comfortable.

We stayed there for one night and the experience cannot be better. Very professional and friendly front desk. A real 4-star hotel with new furniture and clean room. We reserved the early morning shuttle service which is free. To our surprise, the hotel prepared a bag of breakfast-to-go for free even though we did not request for that. On the way to the airport, one traveler realized she left her cell phone in the hotel room. One hotel staff member in the shuttle bus arranged someone to retrieve and send the phone to the airport, with a very reasonable fee.
