Is very good hotel in Shanghai, big room with two connecting room, clean and bathroom is good. There are lots of good food next to hotel such as Yang dumplings, hotpot.. close People square station !! There is Cha Dai Bao milkytea too !! ????

The hotel was beyond our expectations. It's just amazing. The staff, especially all members of the female staff, are highly helpful. The room was big enough to keep 4 luggage bags and move around easily. It was very clean along with the bathroom and toilet. Loved the separate vanity area. Laundry was free of cost, no matter how many times you do it. Robos were there to deliver your stuff in your room. The area is so cool, and the hustle bustle remains till 1am. All shopping malls, Nanjing East Road, and Bund are there at just walking pace. So many restaurants, local markets, cafes, general stores, local boutiques, library, museums, and metro station are there just within 1 to 2 km....walk around the area, explore it, and enjoy your stay at this amazingly super nice and homely environment of hotel. We highly recommend this hotel.

The room is clean and nice. They phave washing machine and dryer. The location is very good, just ard 5mins walk to Nanjing road and ard 30mins walk to The Bund. The hotel is surrounded by shop lots too and not really noisy at night.

超推荐这家酒店，乾净卫生，床及枕头都很舒服??。最重要是酒店位置方便，出门就有小杨生煎包，左转巷子还有超市，可以在返程时做最後购买冲刺??。下次来上海还会再次住这家酒店??。

续住丽呈美利居酒店第三天。房间15m2，一点不觉得小，设计紧凑，小圆桌小圆凳刚刚好，厕所与淋浴乾湿分离，空间充裕不挤，热水壶枱子与洗手盆分离有序，架子做得挺精致。有一次性的拖鞋及洗漱用品。如有需要的物品。楼层服务员。马上就送过来了，非常感谢。

喺人民广场15号出口转个湾沿着一路直行10分钟内就会见到酒店了，酒店入口比较难找…因为唔显眼，喺apps找南京街蟹满楼可能比较容易找到，正正就有隔离。酒店也有另一个名字叫24K…所以初头也找了一段时间。酒店地理位置优越，去那里都方便，打车也很近。南京步行街只是行10分钟内就到了，裕兴记也是行过去就可以！卫生也很乾净，唯独水压不太够力。之前看评语晚上很嘈，我住7楼完全没有这个问题。早餐都算可以既，有选择的！以这个价钱嚟讲又近市中心，我觉得系物有所值既。

房间比想象中的大
没有窗口 可是也不会不通风
冷气这个季节开不了 只有暖气 可是不是问题 因为晚上很冷
酒店位置也很好 楼下就有出名得火锅和小杨生煎等等
性价比很高的酒店??

This hotel is within walking distant to East Nanjing pedestrain street and People Square. Very close to subway station. Many restaurant are nearby. This hotel has recently been renovated and changed its name from 24K INTERNATIONAL HOTEL to Rezen Murray hotel, however, previous hotel name is still on the facade of this building. A breakfast restaurant, fitness and guest laundry room is on the 9th floor of the building. Laundry and drying machine and detergent is free for guest use. Good breakfast but it is the same menu everyday. Staff is nice with very good service mind. Staffs cannot speak English, so you need translator apps. Room cleans up every day. Alll in room amenity is new and clean. TV use LeTV pay service in chinese and we can't find way to set it up to watch English channel or CCTV in English. So we ask staff to set up free TV for us. Al in all, I recommend this hotel for good value traveller.

great location, friendly staff, would stay here again! had a windowless room but was not bad at all especially since we were out all day sightseeing. bathroom was not soundproof which might be an issue for some people but it was fine. the shampoo smelled nice and they provided water, slippers, soap, cotton buds. would recommend.

Very good location and clean a few minutes can reach to East Nanjing road. There is Chongqing Mala shabu close to the hotel. There is one robot as reception. It's cool.
