设施齐全，衞生打扫周到细致，环境清新，服务态度好，自助深夜‘粥’到有特色、人性化。周边酒店住过五六家，各一次，最后选定亚朵，应该是五次以上了，价格也合适。各方面均挺方便的。

这里的服务 设备 兜很好 . 前台的小哥哥 小姐姐都很热情 很愿意去服务客人 . 房间的衞生整齐来説都很好 .
最最重要的是还帮我们升级去高级的大床房 让我们可以摆放几个大的行李箱. 还有还有早上可以拿衣服去洗 我们晚上回来了就看到衣服在我们房外 ????我们下次有到上海的话肯定来这里。??????

酒店完全超出了我的预期。酒店地理位置优越，周围有新世界商场，上海第一百货,南京路步行街也是近在咫尺，而且交通方便，步行几分钟就到了地铁站。就餐也是很方便，周围有小杨生煎，酒店也有深夜食堂,有粥和小菜，还有机器人送外卖到房间，工作人员热情周到，帮助邮寄包裹，存储行李，房间也宽敞，枕头很舒服，帮助睡眠，在这里有非常好的入住体验，让人有宾至如归的感觉

Good location, walk out from hotel - full of restaurant eatery.. Hotel room facilities and design is so practical, room was not big but there is space for me to put my 30 inch lugagge and 28 inch lugagge. staff was super friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended!

Good location, nice and friendly staff. Good service, big and comfortable bed, clean room, good for family and, good location (surrounded with nice local restaurants). Definitely will come back to stay next visit.

Overall, the stay was good. When we ordered from *******, the receptionist arranged for the delivery robot to send the food directly to our room. The room was clean and tidy.

The service provided and amenities were adequate for us. Air-conditioning was still available as the weather was a bit warm when we were there. Room a bit smaller than we expected. Maybe it’s because we came from another hotel stay near Shanghai Disneyland. We expected better surrounding, hence a bit disappointing. The room seems a bit aged. Otherwise, no major complaints.

Hotel location is perfect and there are 2 metro line nearby. Surrounding with lots of nice foods. Hotel service is good as well that allow me for free luggage storage. Overall have pleasant stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were impressed by the thoughtful details throughout. One highlight was the complimentary late-night snacks offered between 9:30 PM and 11 PM, including porridge, steamed Shanghai shumai, and steamed buns. This was especially welcome since we arrived late in the evening.
The hotel is very family friendly and well suited for travelers with children.
Most staff members speak limited English, but communication was manageable using Google Translate. Daniel, however, speaks English well and was exceptionally helpful. He assisted us in signing up for a hotel membership so we could receive a breakfast discount and patiently answered many of our questions. His service truly stood out.
The laundry facilities were the best we experienced among all the hotels we stayed at in China. The laundry room provides paper slips where you can write your room number and drying instructions, such as warm versus colors and duration, and stick them on the washer. This allows other guests to move your laundry to the dryer if needed. The dryers let you choose the drying duration, and the TV home screen shows how many washers and dryers are in use. The guest room also includes a laundry basket, which made transporting clothes very convenient. Because of these practical details, we could always find a laundry machine available to use.
The room design was excellent. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, and there are plenty of towel racks, more than enough for our family of four. The room amenities were practical and well thought out.
Breakfast was another highlight. The buffet offers a wide variety of freshly made food to suit different tastes. The soy milk and tofu were the best we had during our entire trip, with many delicious condiments available for soy milk, tofu, and porridge.
The gym is well equipped and includes a TV and complimentary water in addition to the exercise equipment.
We saw A Tour hotels in other cities and regretted that we did not book an A Tour hotel because the other hotels are not as clean and practically designed.
Overall, the hotel is extremely clean, comfortable, practically designed and well managed. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it. We would also book A Tour hotels in other locations
