周末与家人来上海旅游，在携程上预订了亚朵X酒店。酒店房间不算很大但布局十分合理，精致舒适。晚上酒店还贴心的免费提供深夜粥，其中菜包子得到家人一致好评。感觉特别满意的一点是酒店地理位置得天独厚，步行距离外滩仅需五分多钟，真是超级方便。一次很好的旅游体验。

服务的非常好，房间宽敞舒适，距离外滩非常的近，离人南京步行也非常的近，前台小姐姐服务非常得好，下次还是会过去住的，非常好的酒店，早餐也蛮舒适简单 非常好，另外 ?酒店提供的红茶茶包，非常好喝！

前台接待的小姐姐很热情，到的时候给我们倒了水，还免费升级了房间。房间不算大，但比较乾净整洁。洗漱用品没有带的话需要问他们拿。地理位置优越，往前步行个几分钟就到外滩了，离地铁站也不远。唯一的缺点是窗户很小，紧挨着隔壁楼的墙，看不到外面的风景。

本次旅行带着长者出行，因预订的房间是榻榻米式的，担心长者夜里起夜会磕碰，於是，与酒店工作人员协商，给免费升级了房型。酒店地理位置距离外滩和南京路步行街很近，在房间可以听到钟声。另外，房间内冰箱里的东西，包括可乐、红茶和绿茶以及小饼乾，都是免费的。
自助深夜粥到:晚上9点半到11点还有深夜粥核小咸菜+包子，长者喝了，觉得不错。

Great location, close to the Bund and Nanjin Road. And there is a subway station close by!
The staff is very friendly and helpful, we had a perfect stay.
I recommend the breakfast, wide choice of local and western options.

This hotel is so close to the Bund. It’s great. But that’s where it ends. The room was minuscule and was heavily mould ridden. The staff, when confronted with the complaints said, yes, it’s humid in Shanghai. ***??
They say they cater to westerners, but like most Atour hotels, there’s no or very little western food.
We asked if we could move to a bigger room so they said yes if we joined the Atour club (paid),which we did. Still riddled with mould. We were supposed to receive free breakfasts for the next 2 years of using the hotel China wide. Went to chongqing and were told no we couldn’t use the membership because we didn’t book the hotel though the app.
NO MORE ATOUR HOTELS FOR US.

Great service from the hotel! Clean and friendly staff. There is also free laundry service! 辛颖 was the one who helped us with the laundry service! Great help!

酒店的位置特别好，离外滩5分钟左右的路程，步行街基本10分钟以内也到了。房型和照片一模一样，虽然面积不大但是安排很合理。房间装修还是很新的，冰箱的喝的都可以免费喝，基本都满意。工作人员服务态度都特别好，临离开还问我们需不需要带两瓶水。隔音稍微差一点，但是地理位置可以説是闹中取静，吃早餐的地方过小，有时候有点拥挤。
