这次来上海出差，临时选择这家新开评价还不错的酒店，首先在静安这个价格已经不错了，其次酒店前台相当不错，非常尽责 这次算是圆满了 下次有机会再住

打车到酒店的，酒店位置离上海火车站很近。走进大堂感觉眼前一亮，公区健身房，游戏机，桌球桌等设施可以体验，挺实在的，体验一把小时候玩的街机。房间整体给人感觉乾净，整洁，带厨房，感觉挺适合中长期出差??（ˊωˋ*）??晚上叫个外卖也可以无接触配送（外卖机器人送上门），总体好评。

Прекрасный отель.
Расположен в районе China Town, в обе стороны отеля множество маленьких ресторанчике с европейской, азиатской, индийскими кухня и. От strееt food, до уровня Мишлен.
Сам номер небольшой, двухэтажный. На первом этаже санузел, душ (отличный тропический и обычный душ), раковина, столик для кофе. На 2м, кровать, тв, кондиционер.
Все очень емко, но очень удобно. И сейф и холодильник вместимость. К организации света отдельное спасибо, по лестнице со 2го этажа немнабегаелься включать/выключать. Поэтому очень удобно что на обоих этажах есть возможность не просто включить и выключить свет, но изменить его яркость. Можно на 2м где спит партнёр, оставить приглашены, а внизу в момент умывания-ярким.
Есть стиральная машина и сулильная, в лобби. Бесплатно, тут же гель для стирки- вся техника новая, чистая.
На респондентов всегда улыбчивый персонал и графин с водой и льдом, что очень приятно заходят с жаркой улицы.
Один из лучших отелей.

We stayed here for 3 days.
Location: The hotel is located near the train station, which is very convenient. The residence have a restaurant, coffee and burger shop right beside the entrance to the hotel. It was easy to go to the Jing'an downtown.
Service: None of the staff speaks English even though they advise that they speak English on Trip.com.
The people at the front desk in the lobby have poor attitudes, and we did not really feel welcomed here. Whenever we had general questions, they seemed to not want to answer and did the bare minimum to help. When I checked in on our first day, the staff told me to wait for another staff because he did NOT know how to do it. We had to wait 10 minutes. Also on the day of our check out, we gave back the hotel room card to another young man at the front desk. He was not service-minded as he was too busy playing games on his phone while we were waiting for him to check us out! Very unprofessional to play games at work and he seemed annoyed and did not understand why I was waiting for him to check us out. I tried to explain to him we had to check out now to catch a flight while he had the audacity to still play on his phone, and he replied that he did not understand why we were still standing there and asked if we had other questions!
Room: The apartment room was true to the photos and the room was cleaned daily with no further problem. The shower head in the bathroom spills out a lot of water to the toilet though, which is a minus. The bed was harder than standard hotel bed so it wasn't very comfortable, but we did not experience backpains. We received a gift from the hotel which was nice. Everything was provided daily.
Facilities: The hotel's facility has a huge terrace which was really nice and there is also an area for dogs to play. We did not have enough time to try the gaming area and exercise room but it looked nice on the outside. The coffee machine in the lobby was always empty of either coffee or cups though, which was not very pleasant.
Overall, we enjoyed the location, our apartment room but the service is truly terrible. It's unfortunate since the residence hotel is very neat and we enjoyed ouf stay at our room. They staffs on the front desk need more service training and generally people who actually like to work in the hotel industry.

房间很宽敞，设施设备较新，离地铁站步行不到10分钟。朋友聚在一起，需要大一点的地方聊天休息，这个公寓能满足我们的需求。总体满意！

The room is very good, clean and new. The room is as described. There is a laundry and the room is very spacious. We can leave our bags and hang our clothes. The staff is friendly, but there will be a deposit first and it will be returned on the check-out day. If anyone is hesitant, I would like you to try to stay here and you will like it. With a reasonable price, the room is big, you can walk to the metro. Downstairs there is a convenience store and there is a delicious restaurant nearby.

I had a pleasant stay at this service apartment. The location is fantastic, just a short distance from the Bund, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. The apartment features a washing machine with a drying function, which was very handy.
However, the common areas had a bit of a smell (not the room), likely due to newly built. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would recommend it for its great location and amenities. I will definitely consider staying at this location again during my next visit.
